I think the fact that people are treated like animals by the government is precisely the reason why inmates continue to commit felonies once they get free. Of course there are prisoners who do things on purpose like rapists, pedophiles and serial killers but it's a fact the majority of them are forced to rob and steal because the government doesn't care, they only drive the interest of the global elite.

Only a small percentage are jailed without bail set by a judge or with bail set extraordinarily high . Those awaiting trial on the most serious crimes, flight risks, and those who cannot get family or friends to get a bondsman to post bail may sit in jail until trial.
