  • putting money into to this crappy car is dumb

  • Im running a 94 Cutlass Ciera S in a 24 Hours of Lemons race and i would love to buy one of these from your company. Please Respond. If you look on their website you'll see that we raced at Loudon New Hampshire and in Stafford Springs Connecticut this year

  • professional installers use epoxy? sorry, here at Radical Dreamers Tuning LLC. we would use a rubber grommet instead.

  • @automotiveDIY It was meant to be permanently installed to the intake. Using a rubber grommet would work as well. Either way, in all honesty, is a professional job depending on the application. We look forward to seeing some of your installations here on YouTube. A good way to expand your viewer reach will be by joining PSR Racing, the first YouTube based car club.

  • I have a 93 Cutlass Ciera with the 3.3L and I took the screen off my throttle body and ported/polished it. But it actually made it run worse. Is my MAF bad? Or is my ECM just trying to adjust itself?

  • does the cold air intake you put on add any HP or MPG to the car? also wouldn't it help to box the filter so it cuts out all the hot air?

  • @BaphometStudios It did noticably increase acceleration and the owner reported MPG gains when she didn't give into the temptation to accelerate hard at every opportunity. Sorry, though, that we don't have any hard evidence. You could box it and that may decrease intake temperature but we decided not to this time.

  • @PSRracing well I shall have it done to mine then! and I'll box it and let you know my findings! thanks for the respond.

  • i think u mean MAF sensor instead of temperature sensor..

  • Wat size flex tube did u use, Ur blue flex tubing Wat size?

  • that screen is to keep crap off of a sensor in the throttle body its very sinsitive. no harm when takeing it off but if it gets blocked itll throw a code. so if it does just take it off an clean an u will be ok.

  • W8 you had someone install this simple intake for you? LOL

  • @garrett6699 We installed it, we are PSRracing!

  • @PSRracing Ohhhh That sounds better.

  • could you tell me the model of spectre that was used

  • I bet the manager of PSR laughed when someone brought this car in to tune LOL

  • @KLewisChef We were all laughing but you can't knock it, it came out really good. But yeah, you don't usually see grandma, in her '94 Olds, reving and showing off her intake! LOL

  • yay for 3100 Piston Slap. haha

  • i did the same is your filter loud when you floor it. does that fresh air tube really help like sometimes when you gun it does it lagg then gain speed ?

  • Hey I have a 2010 Kia forte koup sx 2.4L can you recommend a spectre setup and everything I would need from auto zone??

  • this isn't a cold air intake. it's a short ram air. a.k.a. warm air intake.

  • @jimminyjillikers That is correct, but due to the cold air duct from the front grille we felt it was ok for the title.

  • Thats badass i got the spectre filter the air intake duct but i couldnt find a way to intstall the velocity funnel. Its a 3.1l too but badass set up

  • does that makes any better performance? such as acceleration

check out my video i got 95 ciera with " trush exhaust" sounds nice throught rear pipes

  • @gaivoron It does make a noticible increase in performance; acceleration, hp, torque, and gas milege(if you don't give in to the temptation of the extra power all time). Unfortunately we did not get to do pre and post dynos. If someone happens to have a dyno from one of these in stock form we would appreiciate it.

  • Spectre air intake on a 1994 Cutlass Ciera S 3.1L V6 i want it plz tell me all info on the p/n part numbers

    so i can get one

  • did you remove the screen from the throttle body ?

  • @Red97Avenger Yes we did.

  • hey i have a 1991 cutlass ciera. it would be great if you could tel me where you bought that cold air inake kit. please get back to me!

  • ANyone know if that would fit a 98 grand am gt with the 3.1?

  • So how much hp did you gain buy doing this?

  • aye check my cutlass ciera, u gonna like this one!!!

  • man u need the 3.3l thats what i got ad she flys btw i do have an intake similar to yours

  • i got a 93 cutlass ciera and i want to get one. where and how much.. i got the 3.3 tho..

  • I have a cutlass ciera too!!! With the same color intake!

  • Well you've definately got taste.

  • Sounds awesome

  • dude wher did u get the cold air intake for ur car i need to get one i got the same car . plz get back to me

  • You can typically get Spectre parts at AutoZone. This kit is made up of:

    (1) 2in. coupling

    (1) 2in. 45deg. elbow

    (1) conical air filter w/ reducers

    (1) filter to flex pipe adapter

    (1) 2in. flex pipe

some tie wrap to mount the fresh air pipe in the front grille

as well as epoxy to mount the air temp. sensor to the custom hole in the elbow

If you would like installation instructions or the full custom kit ready to install just message me.

    Thanks!

  • I have the same car and i am considering doing something very similar. I was wondering,

How much was the extra heat sensor?

How has the blue tube, looks to me like dryer machine tube lol, how has that held up long term? any problems or recommendations?

Do you have any stats on how the unit improved the car's performance?

  • about how much does the total instalation with parts is?

  • what size pipe is the filter hooked up 2

  • 2 inch

  • This is like the sickest car ive ever seen! You must be like the best car builders in the world. can i have a pair of your old underwear?!?! your'e my idol.
