I've heard that theres a CD (only like, 6 in existence) where you can hack into brawl, and you can get really weird people like Dora the Explorer and this guy named "New Guy", who slaps his dick on the stage. You can also do really weird things like if your Sonic, you just don't do anything for a little while, then if you just push one button, he has a spazout. I'm not sure if it's real, though.

its easier to get him in SSE if you know where to look then to do a million brawls. he, jigglypuff, and toon link are all in secret areas but have no bearig on the main story line. but they do get litel intro vids for their matches
