Wow, these would all make great storylines!! I hope they'd happen! (Plus I wanna see a really good mystery this year, and an amazing disaster episode - none of them have come up to the standard of the store siege or tornado)!! Would also be nice to see Julie back, and I want more McCluskey storylines :) does anyone know when the actual promo is coming out (the specially made ones like the fever one or Season 7's with 'News for you'?? @TheDHLover I haven't seen much of a promo for the show, and I've been waiting to see one. I've seen the ladies "singing" briefly for about 3 seconds, and that's it. Of course, the show begins tomorrow, and I don't like the idea of Marc Cherry ending the show. I think it's been my favorite show of the 2000's! Since they haven't shown reruns during the summer, I don't remember who Alejandro is. Is Chuck the police officer Bree was dating? I think that's right. Thanks for posting.

OMG. Just read the description, guess that great minds think alike, and although this would be very reminiscent of the first season because of the Susan/Paul and Julie/Zach stuff, I'd love to SEE ALL OF THAT TO HAPPEN, like seriously [maybe besides BrOrson, I gave up on them... :P]! This would be perfection, and I also wonder how big of a role did Gaby's mother play, I really want her to be back next fall. And I wonder what Susan'll be doing next season, this would be a good SL for her.

I just finished watching the season finally, so here's waht I think

I don't really care about the whole Gabby/stepfather thing in the lat episode or Bree and Chuck. I only care about two things:

1) I want more Susan/Paul action ;D I know they're never gonna get together, but they make great friends. Paul totally did the right thing, and I'm so happy he did. I hope it sorts out :D

2) More importantly: OMG LYNETTE AND TOM NO! They're the only couple to never seperate in all these seasons D:

I wonder what Zach will do after rehab...When Paul came to visit, he seemed to be doing well. I just hope they would show that in season 8, but that could only happen if they made him want to reconnect with his father Mike.

@TheDHLover It would really be good to see Kayla back. I actually feel sorry for the girl - spending all her life without a father and a normal family, and in the end she was left without a mother, living with Lynette whom she hated (which could be a natural impulse for a girl coming from such a social milieu, even if Lynette was good to her)

I wonder if there would be 5 years on in the next season too. I am glad you can confirm the contract things too, Sidsel! Gives us hope. :D

I don't hope (or think) there'll be a new 5 year jump. That would make all the housewives in their 50s and some of their kids in their 30s - I don't think the show's creators would think fondly of that.

I just hope the next season will receive positive ratings so that there'll be a 9th season too.
