If you want to see see a type of cattle that should have been used to recreate the aurochs, check out sayaguesa cattle. They're very tall, and look very much like an auroch

It's the tallest and heaviest breed of cattle but at same time quite agile and needs to live outside to produce one of the best meat in the world =)
