what matters is how he feels on the inside and if the surgery makes him feel better then do it. Why live your life conscious and with low confidence, if it makes him happy to have the surgery and get it fixed he should do that and get passed the road block per-say his old noes was..

Whats wrong with him before surgery? Everybody has different styles of noses and many people look at other people to say what they like or dislike about that persons nose, body weight, and etc.. It should be all about taking care of yourself big nose or not

@alihr787 My nose looks perfect and a lot more beautiful than his but I am going to get a septoplasty and Septorhinoplasty surgery. You don't feel how I feel or how he would feel of not being to breathe as well as you do.
