  • the foal hit the wall so hard I guess its okay though

  • I thought that was an Arab, beautiful girl !

  • shes a cute black girl...if that her color that she teared out to be

  • Beautiful Foal

  • this foal is NOT crazy. She is just wanting her mother. She is too young to be separated from her, but a few minutes won't hurt her.

  • Who's the guy in the back ground from Jersey?

  • You're giving her dam a bath in the rain? And is that really the stall you keep them in, all the time.. together?? That's a small fking stall for two horses, rather it be a dam and foal or even two foals. o.O

  • People are so stupid when horses are involved.

  • @ArablvrXoXo its good for her to be away from her mother. Do you own a horse? So you breed horses? or are you just one of those "oh i think i can say whatever i want" type of people? STOP IT. the owners of this foal did nothing wrong. If she hirt herself oh well, maybe next time she wont throw a fit.

  • @SkippysCopperTop I own a horse, yes. Where i keep my horse they used to breed Rocky Mountain horses, yes. A foal needs to be with his mother. When she decides to push him away she will. Foals should be out beside their mothers in the pasture. Not locked up.

  • @ArablvrXoXo Our foals will wonder away from their dams for HOURS ten minutes won't kill the foal

  • My foal used to wander off so far away her dam would freak out and not be able to see her, the foal was fine used to go and chill in other paddocks could get through the fencing, she wandered off through our every attempt to keep her in with her mom, so finally we moved her, loaded her up into the trailr at 6months old and she didn't even look back. Relax people jeez

  • Foals may wander off in the field, but they always have visual and can easily get back to their dam. Shes not "nutty" either, shes terribly stressed at being torn away from her mother, which can clearly be heard calling out distressed. Im surprised noone got kicked in the face by her. Shame.

  • Not sure if people realize this or not.... But just for the heck of it I'll throw it out there. In the wild, Mares don't wean their foals off until they are TWO YEARS OLD. If the foal leaves before that, fine, but generally the foal stays with the mother for two years then leaves. So One mare can have two foals feeding from her at once. One as a yearling, and one as a newer born. Just sayin.

  • OMG i hope she is ok now when she hit her head! XXXXP

  • Omfg. Adorable.

  • omy god what a darling !!! shes the most adorible foal ever :') such a firecracker that one . her voice is so cute too ! ^^

  • She's so cute!!

  • See the way she fell and whacked her little head, was she ok? I just love her adorableness and little voice. C:

  • Full of piss n vinegar, wasnt she! She loved her little voice too! Lol,

  • I love your safe, solid walled stalls

  • Safiyyah is so cute, how is she doing now? Since this video was 4 years ago, I'll bet she's a real stunner by now! What bedding is it that you're using here? :) <3

  • oh, she is a little beauty

  • ah bless!!....take her out for a bath too if she feels she is missing out...she''ll be begging to stay in the stable next time :) very cute little girly there! :)

  • SOOOOO cute. And so fuzzy.

  • "I dun care if you're sorry, I want my fudging apple!"

  • fussy baby!

  • bath in the rain?

  • lol mine throws a tantrum too.. :\ time for weaning

  • This is a good way to wind up with an injured foal or mare. seperating them at such a young age even for a minute can lead to disaster and obvious stress. My mare leapt over her stall door when I had her foal in the aise right in front of her, teaching her to lead. at this age you should have had your foal under halter and already having learned her manners. you will certainly have your hands full come weaning.

  • @SHELLMADDE She's fine. Relax :)

  • @1237horse ... this is so lame, but I could almost have read "hold your horses". I'm gonna go cry in a corner now because this was so lame.

  • @JaniceGhostHunter13 And what made you think that you had to post this? Last time I checked, you aren't really involved in this converstation. :)

  • @1237horse No, but I posted anyways. Ah well.

  • @1237horse Jesus dude, you're having a conversation about a fucking horse. Calm down!

  • @noel7823 Why do I have to calm down? I'm not in like, all caps, swearing. I was just simply defending myself. Bye :).

  • @SHELLMADDE hey listen, before you decide to have a go, and try to tell everyone that you 'know what you are doing', LEARN SOMETHING! how do you know that this foal cannot be led? perhaps she was just rather over excited that day! if the owner had kept foal and dam together, the dam could have been injured, so i reckon they made the right decision.

  • this is sooo cute!

  • they start off the size of a dog...4 years later approx, the become half the size of a giraffe...how?

  • was she ok when she fell over.

you have a bond with her because when you said "is that your daddy" she like answered in a way.is she yours

  • She's adorable! And I don't know why people don't like her name... I think it's pretty :3

  • Sophiea is a stupid name

  • Awww...the little foal didn't get what she wanted!!!! LOL!!!!!!

  • daww shes so cute and maad!

  • ADORABLE

  • is Safiyyah a retarded version of Sophia or something else?

  • horses are never crazy. Animals are sincere in emotions so definitely he is crying for his mother!

  • Comment removed

  • In the field, foals wonder of by there selves, for sometime hours

10mins isnt going to hurt her.

  • @ModellHorseGal Shes only about months, she can't see her mom, she may have never been alone and doesn't know wht to think of herself. Don't say it wont bother or effect her bc wht if u were little and all of a sudden ur mom was taken away? you would be throwin just the Fit.

  • That face 8D

  • GORGEOUS, darling baby girl!

  • okay people who think that this is cruel to the foal, should read up on equines. She is a 2 and a half year old foal. Most foals get separated from their mothers even earlier. We had three who were separated from their mothers at this time, and they reacted the same way. It's natural. For the first few weeks or even months they will call for their mothers. It's not cruel. It's the way breeding has to be. And she was gone for 5 minutes. It won't kill the foal. Please people, learn some breeding.

  • i love the neigh in the begining <3

  • what beautiful name i love the name you gave the filly how is she now?

  • awww i can save you little one <3 lol to cuteeee

  • Very pretty foal. I use to breed arabians, sold all mine except for my 1998 mare who I kept for riding. If you search for her name on youtube it is SPH Phancyphire.

  • These people are stupid. There is nothing wrong with this baby, other than she has a head ache. Just proves that most people should not be allowed to breed.

  • I find the level of priviledge and ignorance reflected in the dialogue much more disturbing.than a foal wanting her mommy.

  • Poor little guy, He wants his mommy.

  • crule she never shoula been seperated from the mare its very stressfull thats mean

  • @TheBadGrima Yes, let's never EVER wean foals ever. Good plan.

She was just out for a bath and the foal is over 2 months old. He's fine.

  • @TheBadGrima You dont know shit do you? If the foal was never ever weaned, The mare would die because the foal strips weight off of the mare after 5 months.

  • @WeBeStraightUpG

Well, the mare wouldn't DIE, but your right, she would get skinny, and the mom would wean him off herself if people didn't. It's not cruel at all. I hate people that know nothing about horses that go around saying dumb things like this. If he wasn't separated from his mom sometimes, he would become even more attached and it would be even worse when he grew up and HAD to leave his mom.

  • 3:05

    Is that you're daddy

    filly :Yes

  • I think this is a very sad video. I think the foal is doing very well considering her poor situation:(

  • @MrStandie What is so sad? The foal had a nice clean and dry stall ( it was pouring rain outside) The Foals Dam was just out having a bath and would return shortly.

What is so poor about her situation?

the foal looks in excellent health, obviously is loved by the camera girl and her family.

  • Arrrghh. Watching this video makes me soooooo angry!!

"She's such a nutty little foal".... urrrrrgh I think every other foal would react like this if it were seperated from its mother. Foals are extremely vulnerable and without its dam in the wild it WOULD die. You don't have a nutty foal, but a very frightened foal.

Doing this just causes upset and injury to the foal, after all she falls over and bangs her head.

Stop breeding if you don't know basic equine behaviour.

  • What kind of idiot does this to a poor foal? This just develos seperation anxiety. Shouldn't be breeding foals... moron.

  • I wanted to see the part when her Mommy came back <3

  • 3:07

    "Is that your daddy?"

    "Yeah.." *Nods head*

  • Horse: where my mommy I can't see over this big ass wall I'm gonna keep crying until I get out of this damn place

  • she gonna be trouble when she is older you can tell by the looks of her eyes XD but soo damn cute

  • Soo cutee. But the looks of that stall disgust me

  • She iis sooo Cuute and know what she wants^^

*kisses the filly om the nose*

  • @crazehpony So yeah? Really? Did I say that was a bad thing? Maybe you get heated because your a little high strung?

  • @lovetylerwardmusic You are so stupid.

  • so adorable foal, how old is she now ? and could post a video of her now please? :)

  • Felt the need to repost my previous comment, as people still don't seem to get it.

  • I am NOT calming down until I get my mum back!

  • WHERE IS MY MOOOMMMMYYY?!?!?!?!!

  • Good luck to who ever has to break her...woo you got your work cut out for ya. She is major high strung.

  • *adourable

  • But she is absolutly adourb

  • Shes not even a yearling, and you seperated her from her dam? That will damage her for life!

  • so stinking cute!

  • The foal isn't crazy, this is a normal reaction to being separated from her dam. Mom's bathtime is a perfect opportunity to teach baby how harmless water is, as long as you have a helper to hold her while you wash the mother. I would never leave a foal that young in the stall alone, even though it does appear to be a relatively safe stall. there's just no reason to take the chance.

  • What a cutie though! I like when she stops and listens, cocking her head to the side x)

I love playing videos like this for my little herd here, their reactions are always adorable, looking around for a horse&whinnying back. The smarter ones always figure it out though xD

  • People here wean foals at 3 months. For all you throwing sh*tfits because the dam was taken away for a nice relaxing bath, atleast the dam came back. And don't complain because they didn't check her head, do you know how dangerous it would have been to have gotten in there with the running-rampant, kicking-out, angry little filly?! How do you know they didn't check when they put the dam back in ? Even so, if the filly wasn't bleeding&was able to continue her tantrum, she's fine!

  • @AliasRaven No kidding, and I'm sure her mother was happy to get away from being kicked, and thrashed by her own kid. Twenty minutes is not gonna scar her for life.

  • sooo cute how she foggs up the camera :)

  • she's so flippin cute!

  • @lovetylerwardmusic The mom was having a bath and the foal is two and a hlaf months old <.< Im sure she will be just fine for 10 minutes

  • he is mad

  • That's kind of stupid you didn't check the foal's head for injury.that's just wrong is your mom even.A horse person.JUST WRONG

  • @sartimber the foal was simply acting as a toddler would if you took their candy away

  • Why did you take the mom away.it cute.but what where they doing to the mom.and her dad is there?

  • @sartimber horses dont stay with their sires

  • your description is completely wrong!!!! my foal is 3 months old next week and he would be exactly the same if i took his mum away! I can not believe your stupidity in thinking that taking her mum away and and her acting like this is naughty or nutty! IT'S CALLED ACTING NATURALLY!!!!

  • She's acting out because she misses her mom. Is her mom close? Why did you seperate them?

  • "Mommy how could you!?!?" so cute ;)

  • Not a very suitable stable espesially if hor mum isnt there !!

  • @thehorseyfreak Foals don't have to have their mother with them every second of the day. They miss each other, but the mother was very likely put back afterwards.

    I'd say it's perfectly fine.

  • where do u live? where is the pony?

  • she's so wild becuse her mom is away

  • lol she's cute!

  • Beautiful little filly!! She's cute especially how she throws the tantrum!!! lol :D

  • 14 people dont like horses

  • @fnsawgun They'd have to. That was so cute.

Of course, they just might not know very much about them and could be under the impression that the horse isn't being treated properly too...

  • 1 the stable is to small 2 u sud take the foal with the mum.. the foal did hit it head but no1 went 2 see if she was okk!!!!!

  • he is asking where his mommy is!!

  • Super cute lil girl!! is she yours?

  • she looks like my filly when she was first let into the pasture all she would do was kick and run and squeal. but that was 2 yrs ago n shes a real sweet heart. shes quarterhorse egyptian arab cross

  • Arabians are fabulous!!! Love em!! shes sooo cute!!

  • Why is the room all dirty?

  • @101paramoreforever Because you won't put your dirty clothes in the hamper.

  • its because shes an arab.. thats why shes crazy.

  • @Morganlee6 Arabians aren't crazy. Most people are used to stock horses being bred to be so calm, that they have no personality. Must be boring to have a show-winning tool.

  • @whatztaters No ive delt with friesians, throughbreds, and andalusians. None are as flighty and dumb as arabs! ive seen so many people get hurt with arabians problems like getting kicked, colic, run through fences and founder. and their boney and hip bones and spine show on most :-/ sorry its just what ive always observed.

  • @Morganlee6 Whoa there! Arabs are flighty, but they are most definitely not dumb. They're one of the most intelligent breeds there is (and I'm not biased because I've had plenty of others). In my experience (10 years riding, 1 horse trained, 17 years around horses and my dad's had horses for about 25 years), Arabs are smart and the only horse I've had who equals the intelligence of a purebred Arabian we had is my current pony. And every horseperson knows how scheming ponies can be. :D

  • Wait til this kid gets weaned!!

  • @animallover2233 Don't worry :) . I doesn't hurt a foal of that age to be away from its dam for that amount of time, bathing doesn't take that long :)

  • that is so so so cute

  • wow what a pretty horse

  • lol. "Don't say those things to me." xD

  • she has a really pretty blaze.i dont want to be rude or anything and no i am not a horse expert, i dont even have my own horse, but you shouldn't leave the filly alone for more than like half an hour at tops. i dont know how long her mom's bath was but im just saying. if this sounds rude, please ignore it.

  • @1horseylover4 Don't worry...we will.

  • Poor baby! Where's mama?

  • im sorry but if she is this young so should be able to see the dam my mare and foal goes bonkers if the can see each other and the foal is now 4 months. js,

  • she want play

the arabic horse its for the disert

  • arabian horse its the top in evry thing

  • Adorable!

  • Other horses: "SHUT UUUUP ALREADY!!!"

  • aww so cute

  • it makes you laugh Airo Open Houses him so his mother band cretin!

  • let me translate...... I WANT MY MUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) hahahahahahahahahahahaha lol so cute

  • Awwww so cute. I read the description and its not a tantrum, she's just being a normal foal at that age, scared when separated from mum. But it does sound like you needed to tbf

  • when she smacked her head, i almost died! but, she is quite an adorable little baby. :)

  • @myboydusty shes outside getting a bath in this clip. thats why the foal is so upset

  • when she whinnies at 2:33 watch her expression after she's like woah! haha its funny

  • SUCH A CUTE FOAL!!!

  • I bet she's a handful now. LOL!

  • haha steamed up the camera :)

  • I would be throwing a fit too if i was 2 1/2 months old and my mother got taken away...

  • @lordcuterbeckett100 Have you ever handled a young foal...while trying to give mom a bath? It's not fun. It's even less fun when they start to get bigger, before they are weaned, and they have a lot of energy. This way was safer for the foal and the people.

  • @MissMerMer1980 Um, yes I have.. About this age too. It's not THAT hard! You don't take away a foal from it's mother at 2 1/2 months! It causes trauma!!!!!

  • @lordcuterbeckett100 Well, if you also notice, the description says that she Sometimes the mare needs to be taken away when the foal starts to get too rough because the mare starts to get fed up with it. It may only have to be for 10-15 minutes. It's not going to cause that much trauma to the foal. It's not like she's gonna be gone for hours and the foal is going to miss a feeding. I have worked with enough foals to know.

  • @MissMerMer1980 Ok...it cut a part of sentence out. it should say ... the description says that she was kicking her dam.

  • @MissMerMer1980 I have too.. It's better to wash them WITH each other...

  • @lordcuterbeckett100 But if you notice in the description, the foal was kicking the mother. I have been around enough foals and dams to have seen this happen. The dam starts to get upset because the foal is climbing on them or kicking/biting them, and they start to get upset. I have seen dams get so upset that they start retaliating. It can be safer for them both if moma gets a few minutes of foal free time a day. It's not like she's gonna be gone all day.

  • @MissMerMer1980 still.. You keep them a distance apart and make it so they can see each other. You bathe both of them too. It also helps build confidence and trust to the human.

  • Awwww

  • cuuute !

  • i hav got an arab my mum bought her wen she woz a baby and she is now about 7

  • LOL at the people talking about European barns... it clearly says it's in Panama. Which is in Central America. Cute foal! What kind of bedding do you guys use? It looks strange.

  • AWWWW! girl: is that your daddy

    Foal: Yes.

  • I love how the horses winny and neigh back to the foal. SHe is soooo beautiful!

  • ''Don't say those things to me.'' hahaha

  • epic horse is -has tantrum-....mad horse is mad

  • she wants her mommy.. is she ok from hitting her head?

  • what a pretty little lady

  • juuu :))))))))))))))))))

  • awhhhhhhhhh absolutly adorableeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • The European (i think this is in europe) Seems like they wont insulate in the winter.. Concrete stalls?

  • @JustBecause110 Should have read the description. It is in Central America.

  • @Emura100 Yes, but aren't European-style hors ebarns normally made with concrete and maximum ventilation?

  • @JustBecause110 I honestly don't know. I am in the USA and have never been to Europe.

  • @Emura100 Oh, alright. But I did hear that it's healthier for horses.

  • is you my mummy hoo hases my APPLE???? 1:38

  • Um, well he IS trapped in a box without his mom at a very young age
