He is a progressive who is spending alot on investments which will eventually payoff, I can understand if your a conservative who doesn't want this programs because of your ideology. You have the wrong definition of fascism, very wrong.

2. A political philosophy or movement based on or advocating such a system of government.
Obama isn't a dictator but the US president.
