What I do when dealing with court clerks

hello. I have some questions for you. First off my Califorina DL is gonna exspire at the end of 2011 . I do not want to renew it and do not want to regsiter my car. What do I do. what do i need to do to have I.D. and or need ceritified and notarized.

tactikalguy, here in Alberta the supervisor at the court's clerks desk is a Justice of the Peace (JP), claiming she had jurisdiction to deny my requests, and once informed of my intentions, claimed they did not give out their names and called security on me, who told me it 'was not relevant' for me to have that information. Do you actually walk down to city hall to file a complaint against a nameless entity? Who do you name on the claim for damages?

If they overstep their boundaries you can also get court clerks disciplined under "Unauthorized Practice of Law". In some states it's public and permanent. In other states it's a crime.

try that in solano county courts, where if you don't show up to take care of a ticket on or before the date thats on the bottom of the ticket that u signed, they will send your case to collection and will refuse to file any documents or give you a walk in appearance with the judge or to have an arraigment. i have tried being polite, telling them they are in clear violation of my constitucional rights, asking for a supervisor and nothing worked. bunch of colrrupt motherfuckers!!!!

This NOW has Become COMMON for going to Get a Current State Drivers License in when one has moved to a different State, I.E. Florida to Alabama!!!

Florida and California are now refereed to as a LOCK Up State!!

@snitchboy12 ........ It is not county. Whenever a CITY COP gives me a ticket, why would I go for the COUNTY? It would be incorrect if I were to go after the county. If it were Highway Patrol then yes it would be county. Correct me if I am wrong.

@Tactikalguy1 my dear friend please check your information. ALL REAL COURTS ARE COUNTY. If a city cop gives you a ticket it goes to county court if you want to fight it. THERE IS NO CITY COURT. Now cities do have appeal hearing on parking tickets and other small items. You can sue the city in county court. PLEASE CHECK PICK UP THE PHONE; ALL COURTS ARE COUNTY NOT CITY. ALL COURT EMPOYEESS ARE COUNTY.

@Tactikalguy1 should a highway patrol give you a ticket the hearing will be in the county court where the violation happened. Highway Patrol is STATE. So lets go over this. State (highway patrol) county (sheriff) city (police department) any violation of state law will be heard in the COUNTY COURT no matter what departmet above issues the violation. Police Departments are under COUNTY Sheriff and COUNTY Sheriff is under State. Hope you learned something :)

I think it depends on what state you are in . All traffic tickets in Iowa are in the county courts by the magistrate. All other courts are district state courts

Where do you the the forms to fill out on your computer? And how do you know what motions to file?

I get copies of files from the court of any case and copy what it looks like. I have Wordperfect Document which allows me to make my motions. I know how to file motions from making mistakes in the past and from jurisdictionary. Jurisdictionary shows how to start a lawsuit on your own. It applies to defending yourself in criminal matters. Besides, who the hell can get so many tickets and not learn a thing or two.

This is what I have done in the past before after I have gotten a Ticket: I took the ticket and wrote REJECTION on the ticket. Then wrote the following on a letter: Your offer to contract is being rejected under the federal fair debt and collection practices act (regulation Z). Anyone who responds to this must respond under penalties of perjury. Return the Ticket to them within 72 hours. The ticket is not a ticket...it is a CONTRACT! You have the right to reject any Contract within 72 hours.

It doesn't matter what type of ticket...the only way they can gain power over you is if you enter their contracts. It is all contractual.

What happend was...the DA then called me at home and tried to get me to enter their "Contract". He tried to ask me stupid Q's like, 'Did you "drive" to court today?' I told him that I didn't recognize him...if he wanted something he would need to send me a letter and I hanged up on him. The Court did send me a letter...to inform me that it was dismissed.

This is also what can be done: Write a letter/fax to the Judge...and ask him/her if he/she plans to try you under Common Law or [Vice-] Admiralty Law. The Judge probably won't respond to this. Most likely it will get dismissed. Tell the Judge that you need to know this because you are not a legal expert and would like to prepare yourself accordingly before you go to court.

Awesome work Brother. I just got the call today from my assistance of counsel that my trial date is being pushed back a month. She also informed me that the prosecution has decided to come down even more on their plea bargain...isn't that nice? They keep making it less and less, because they know they don't have jack, but they still want to get me to take whatever they give and admit guilt.

Google the court you are in.... eg. los angeles county glendale court. Then look up the court rules. It usually will tell you but in the past i have made my own up looking like crap when i didnt know any better and still won. In the end, just cuz it looks like crap they cant refuse it. if they do you can always ask why and they will tell you. If they dont want to tell you then I ask them by what authority are they denying me access to the courts.
