  • im a hardgainer and i i saw progress when was training one muscle a day and leave the gym .dont do a diet y dont need it if y r a hardgainer y will still be ripped ..2 times per week cardio...that worked for me

  • @johndoeshar bodyweight, you are limited to pushups, dips, crunches. Id suggest you go right to the weights with a very basic program. Message me if you have any questions.

  • @JobeMinacum Look up these exercises for triceps: Close grip bench press, triangle pushups, skull crushers, tricep pushdowns, even dips.....anyway hope this helps.

  • Actually you are incorrect. 6% bodyfat is impressive but i made a very valid point and as you can see from other comments im not the only one that thinks so, that point is: that this guy is skinny and is giving advice about how not to be skinny.   • Im 6'0 150. I worked out a lot last year and didn't gain weight. I think it was my diets fault. I barely ate healthy food or drank water. I ate a lot of food, just not the right kinds. Any tips for gaining weight fast? Im a "Consistent Gainer". What should I do in my workouts that make me stronger? What should I eat?

  • Your goal weight should be the amount of protein in grams you consume every day. Water is your friend. Keep a balanced diet. Exercise at least 5 days a week.

  • you should be eating a meal every 2-3 hours

    aiming for around 6-8 meals a day

    you want 250-500 more calories in your diet daily

    if your metabolism is very fast then you may need more

    make sure that you have rest days inbetween work outs because its that time when your recorering is where the muscle tissue and fibre will grow back.

    train hard, i advise mid reps mid sets

    so 5 x 5 is an excellent set and reps to start at. make sure you keep a good form when doing the excercise

  • I'm 17 and bigger than this guy. Your videos are full of shit dude. Especially the one where you're trying to help skinny guys grow by telling them to do 50 fuckin pull ups and 50 chin ups. If you can do 50 pull ups and chin ups you're not likely to be skinny.

  • Dude, bodybuilding muscles aren't boxing muscles. Bodybuilding works slow twitch muscles for the most part for hypertrophy. If you wan't to gain a little muscle (cause u can't gain a lot while being a boxer) because there's too much cardio and muscle burning, start doing squats, deadlifts, bent over rows etc. You're just trying to gain, to cut more water and be bigger in your class, right?
