I wish I could understand the whole Pertwee/Baker mix up. Apart from a scene from the House that Dripped Blood, Pertwee, as I see it, they look and sound nothing alike.
Oh, and the shame bit has to be a reference to the 5 Doctors and how Tom Baker wasn't there to be a part of it.
Very prophetic of Elizabeth Sladen to ask if she could do more Dr Who at that time!

That's a very confusing clip. The scenes cut into the middle of anecdotes the actors are telling and you don't really know what they're about.
