thats not a true 3inch... your right on the edge where there is already sufficent heat do it on a fresh peice of unheated steel right down the center

ok. But do you use always the same pressure of oxy hydrogen to cut? For example, i need to cut a piece of 4 inches of carbon steel, what pressure do you recommend? is it necessary to employ a pressure regulator? and what torch tips do you recommend in those cases..? Thanks a lot for your time.

The Generator is capable of cutting up to 120mm with certain modifiers and boost.We are currently building a larger generator which should be capable of 7 inch cuts.

It looks like 20-30 LPM of HHO gas and another 20 LPM of Oxygen to cut? Is this about right?

The pressre the oxy hydrogen generator runs at is 1 Bar

The Oxygen delivery is 5 Bar
