I went to your website and I've very very new to guitar. I've been trying to read tabs first but I don't understand much. Only the simple notes haha. So I decided to take some online lessons and I came across your video. I went to your website to do the 2nd lesson and I've been practicing for 3 hours to get everything perfect and I finally got it all down and there is no 3rd lesson. I feel so lost because now I know this little song thing and there's nothing else to do with it!!

hi you might need to restring it ..if that does not work ..take it to a music shop and ask their advice ..then if all else fails buy a another guitar!

I for one am glad you didn't assume everyone knows how to tune. I have an electric guitar and have been around people who are great players and would get upset that I tuned their guitars in this way. They use harmonics to tune and its how i tuned mine, yet with different results. what is the difference if you could help me?

Mike is awesome, but I wish he didn't go through tuning the guitar every video. Just assume we know it needs to be in tune.

I don't show tuning in every video. Absolute beginners videos(like this one) would be no use to absolute beginners unless I showed them how to tune....right?

You really have a great teaching style. I'm glad that a talent like you is still generous enough and enthusiastic enough to post. I see some of these gifted players with post after post not at all interested in teaching their great skills and it makes me wonder. Do they think that they are "losing" by teaching - that others may become as skillful as they are and cause them to fade away? Enough of a rant, thanks again for posting and not forgetting about the beginner.
