  • I'm 24-25 weeks pregnant and agree with the big bellies needed for the videos. I was trying to find a leg curl exercise without a machine that I can do at home. Everywhere on the net is a laying and standing with some machine. I have a bench but it's laying and I can't lay on my belly for a few months.

  • The only thing that annoys me about her videos are that the models are so early in pregnancy...I'm sure it still works in the later trimesters but I'd rather see a big bellied woman working out to make me feel more comfortable LOL

  • she says in another video that the girl doing the exercise is only 10 weeks prego...I was thinking the same thing! lol.. =)

  • This exercise is great to support the stabilty of the hips.if pubic pain persists( most likely pubic symphysis) then trying a standing version andrea //fitmomfitness
