Why is it that when you use this voice app, it works perfectly for all phrases except for "Sarbanes Oxley Act 2002"? It brings up the query, but it will not reference a google search... Why is this? I find this very odd.

This works great for with either ear! The trick is to go to settings in the Google app and turn off screen rotation. It works flawlessly after that!

I was having the same problem with OS 3.0 with 3GS, but it is so ironic that I watched this video, saw the comments that ppl were having the same problem as me, then I go to updates, and there is an update for it. So everyone, go update the app because it's now available and it works perfectly

Am I the only one that read the terms of this app? It says third partys can collect information about everything you are doing. They will have your location , voice call info, etc etc. Scary. I didnt see ANYTHING about keeping YOUR info private at all. I will not use.

Cool app! I've found it can be a bit tempramental when lifting to ear. The accuracy of the speach recogniton leaves a little to be desired, but I guess this is using the standard iPhone voice recognotion.

This feature is not working with update 3.0 when lifting handset to ear. Don't know why, but it's nice to read other people having a similar experience and that it's not my handset. I still have a 3G and it used to work beautiful. But the 3.0 update appears to have affected the compatibility of the software.
