I feel rather indifferent about it, but I am trying to resonate love. I find it tough sometimes. I draw a line on free love, but unconditional love is fine.
Yes! Same thing happened to me just this weekend. I had to meet a family member on Saturday and I KNEW it was going to be a hard meeting. Before we met, I spent hours centering myself and getting into a positive frame of mind, and I know without any doubt that it affected the eventual face-to-face in a positive way. I was more open to his ideas. He was more open to mine :) I was better able to hold my ground, not give in when I disagreed & keep my emotions in check.
When you're constantly rejected to the point where you realize it's hopeless, it's easy to descend into hate. I spent quite a few years that way myself. For a long time my default emotion toward all women was hate. And the cuter they were the more I would hate. I didn't lash out except for being very cold to them but friendly to everyone else. I needed an emotional connection and since trying to find love was hopeless, hate kept me warm instead. It kept the loneliness away.
2. Later after I became somewhat attractive & I could date successfully I was still terrified of getting nailed with child support and losing my home, so I kept hate around a little longer to protect myself from exploitation. It worked. Then after 40 the male drives dropped to about 5% of the torture I endured before and I relaxed. The pain that nature inflicted on me for not getting laid all the time was gone and now I no longer need the hate.
3. I love being over 40, the pain is gone, the hate is gone and I can live in peace for the first time in my life. So basically I understand what drives that stalker guy and it's sad that he doesn't understand how to use his hate properly, so it doesn't hurt anyone. The guy has let his hate make dangerous.
As for me, I found Hakuna Matata. I'm finally happy.
Someone who would find pleasure in tormenting others is himself living in torment. I agree he needs to be off the street and in some intense therapy. But I'm not giving up on this guy, I know I've needed grace and mercy that I didn't deserve before. I'm not the same jackass I once was. I'm proof people can change and know joy and love and Truth when the heart changes. I pray he has such revelation!
People hate because they hurt. Like exes (and alleged stalkers???). If our exes (for instance) didn't still love us on some level they wouldn't display the acrimony toward us that they do. If they didn't still love us we would just be another face in the crowd more or less. We are God. God (love) could not come through us or out of us if it (God) were not in us. So yes, bless your ex, and the (alleged) stalkers in our lives. We create our reality out of the thoughts we focus on. Just BE love.

It's funny I just thought about when I ordered a pizza recently and I came across clear and precise and sounded so professional that my dad, sitting next to me, after I got off the phone said with astonishment, "wow!" "Iwould love to take an order from you, you sounded so professional". The point I am making here is the whole clear minded respectful approach to people in public / workforce can be different depending "attitude".

Yes! Same thing happened to me just this weekend. I had to meet a family member on Saturday and I KNEW it was going to be a hard meeting. Before we met, I spent hours centering myself and getting into a positive frame of mind, and I know without any doubt that it affected the eventual face-to-face in a positive way. I was more open to his ideas. He was more open to mine :) I was better able to hold my ground, not give in when I disagreed & keep my emotions in check.

the way i try to think of people who do things that anger me is this;
i think of them as "otherselves" rather than "other person"..you'd be amazed at how incredible this small adjustment can do.

When you're constantly rejected to the point where you realize it's hopeless, it's easy to descend into hate. I spent quite a few years that way myself. For a long time my default emotion toward all women was hate. And the cuter they were the more I would hate. I didn't lash out except for being very cold to them but friendly to everyone else. I needed an emotional connection and since trying to find love was hopeless, hate kept me warm instead. It kept the loneliness away.

2. Later after I became somewhat attractive & I could date successfully I was still terrified of getting nailed with child support and losing my home, so I kept hate around a little longer to protect myself from exploitation. It worked. Then after 40 the male drives dropped to about 5% of the torture I endured before and I relaxed. The pain that nature inflicted on me for not getting laid all the time was gone and now I no longer need the hate.

3. I love being over 40, the pain is gone, the hate is gone and I can live in peace for the first time in my life. So basically I understand what drives that stalker guy and it's sad that he doesn't understand how to use his hate properly, so it doesn't hurt anyone. The guy has let his hate make dangerous.
As for me, I found Hakuna Matata. I'm finally happy.

Someone who would find pleasure in tormenting others is himself living in torment. I agree he needs to be off the street and in some intense therapy. But I'm not giving up on this guy, I know I've needed grace and mercy that I didn't deserve before. I'm not the same jackass I once was. I'm proof people can change and know joy and love and Truth when the heart changes. I pray he has such revelation!

People hate because they hurt. Like exes (and alleged stalkers???). If our exes (for instance) didn't still love us on some level they wouldn't display the acrimony toward us that they do. If they didn't still love us we would just be another face in the crowd more or less. We are God. God (love) could not come through us or out of us if it (God) were not in us. So yes, bless your ex, and the (alleged) stalkers in our lives. We create our reality out of the thoughts we focus on. Just BE love.

Usually, if things are going real bad for me, if I look at my behavior, or how I've closed myself off, or being bitter, and change those patterns, sharing and giving more, ...so much falls right in place, is brighter, more fun. Thanks Lady L! :)

It's funny I just thought about when I ordered a pizza recently and I came across clear and precise and sounded so professional that my dad, sitting next to me, after I got off the phone said with astonishment, "wow!" "Iwould love to take an order from you, you sounded so professional". The point I am making here is the whole clear minded respectful approach to people in public / workforce can be different depending "attitude".

there is a the balance line..when its off center we reach 1 of 2 extremes...so these aspects you mentioned 1."lets get him" 2."lets love him"......either one may reach the result but the holistic result is the balanced approach..blending both...2 sides of same coin...extremes "can" be evil....also useful

yes , but you can't change the devil himself. unfortunatley with dangerous people like that stalker dood, you hafta first make sure you're protected. that means taking him off the streets. once he's no longer a danger, then mebbe try changing him with love. but i totally see what you're saying and applaud you for it.
