Why does her age matter? It really shouldn't, but she isn't the youngest licensed cannabis user. Harper won't end the MMAR, as that would end prohibition, as courts have decided that there must be a method for those who require cannabis, to legally obtain it. There are plenty of reasons to vote out Harper, without playing on peoples fears, or their love of children. Just my opinion.
