Hello friends. I'm late 1 year, but i'll answer your questions about music.
I'm using only symphonic instruments, no synth. And this is my music. The orijinal movie had no music at all during this scene, you right. So i made it :)
What about it? The signal was lost proally cause the tv was commin from somewhere closer to the explosion. Also consider this, it might have been an effect of the EMP effect. Food for thought.
@lekkimsm2500 are you mad how can a nuclear bomb be any good, its a madmans weapon used only in pure desperation, nuclear bombs should have never been made in the first place, its insane
You have completely missed that sarcasm in my comments... And if you would have read the first one i made to this, you would see what i mean about this as well
And I want one of those so fucking bad. No wait, its a nuclear fucking bomb - radiation should be included at no additional cost, its a beautiful thing when used as an offensive weapon.
@lekkimsm2500 Really good? You scare me pal. Nothing good about a nuclear bomb, it's only cool in video games, but in real life, it's more than scary.

hey dacity202.....mortalkombattrilogy 1 is right, why dont u just go fur self and leave asshole,if your gonna be calling us gay then, shushhhh, get the fuck out of here then
Usually ift here was 16 to 17 nukes, the Shockwaves would already kill all the people and wipe out everything in a long range,so nothing would be leaft in the earth, some people may live if they are above ground, but still, pressure of the shockwave blows everything out of its way,so yea
If we had a nuclear war, everyone would end up dead. We all know that. Just 16-17 nukes would destroy our planet. Why? It causes a giant mushroom cloud big enough to cover the Earth from the sun, create massive heat, bacteria will die without the sun, then organisms and people will die from the massive radiation.
I don't know where you're getting your facts from undertake. Even 17 of the largest nuclear explosions wouldn't come close to throwing enough debris into the atmosphere to block out the sun.
You can't apply such a specific number to a weapon with such wide ranging sizes. Most nukes these days are tactical weapons, only designed to destroy a military base or a city center.
wsmith68 is spot on, the Plutonium core taken from the Israeli nuclear bomb was degraded and corroded, not to mention would stand more of a chance of fizzling out rather than reaching critical mass, unless the yield was substantially scaled down.
Yes, mankind got lucky. Fissile U is hard to get, but bomb is very easy, Pu is hard to make a bomb from, but relatively easy to get.
I wonder about the origin of Israel's first cores. They had had a reactor complex, money, technical know-how and unchallenged willpower for enough time before the six-days war. Doesn't seem like they would need USA product. USA may have done it in return for assurances that Israel would not produce Pu. It seems very likely any such promise was broken.
I don't think we will ever know anything about any country with nuclear weapons (Including the US) outside the unclassified reports and information given to the public.
Much harder than you think. With chemically separated Pu from old fuel the rate of change of criticality has to be enormous to prevent a "fizzle". I think N Korea learned that with their 0.5kt experiment. If you are inexperienced like America in 1944-45, then you need spherical--the most efficient and requires intense understanding of high explosive lens operation. You can only get that with either experiment or hard espionage. Then you need a team of PhDs to interpret. Thank God for that!
50 KT = 100% destruction for roughly up to 40 miles radially from ground zero. Fire balling up to 70 miles from ground zero. A big enough bomb and level an entire state.
If its on the ground it always does less damage than in the air. Max damage would be a function of the anticipated yield and an appropriate height based on that yield.
I was a low-yield improvised nuke. Despite the use of nuke-designers, the Pu was from 1967-not fresh. Using material that old, a bomb has to be "tuned" way down for stability.
LOL, I love how the tail breaks off the helicopter completely, then in the next shot, it's still mostly there. Also, the blast should have been way bigger. Good music, though.
BTW, who planted the bomb? I know which faction but which actual person killed all 900 people?

I don't think 16-17 Nukes would destroy earth.
I don't want to over simplify it but as far as I get it its about:
Atomic Bomb = 10000x a hand grenade
Meteor Impact = 10000x an atomic Bomb
Note: US and Soviets had ten thousands of nuclear warheads in cold war.

16-17 nukes is far from enough to end life on earth, there were done hundreds of nuclear tests in the cold war.
Stefnir94 3 years ago
If you blow it up all at once near each other. It'll create a big enough mushroom cloud to kill us all, starting from very important bacteria.
undertake782 3 years ago
Most nukes are about 1 Megaton.
In 1961 the russians tested a 57 Megaton nuclear warhead. even if we detonated 16, 57 megaton nukes, it would be about 900 Megatons.
That is alot, and it will cause a lot of damage to the planet, but End of the world? No.

"Pu is hard to make a bomb from"
in fact, it's not too difficult. The easiest design would be 2 eplosive shaped charge lenses with a hollow ball of Pu 239.
Weaker than the "football design", but still enough to ignite a deuterium fusion.
Nilss7 3 years ago
...But still hard to make without proper (and expensive) tools, eg. centrifuge.
candleguy1994 3 years ago

That's 50 MT not 50KT. 50 KT is about 2X Hiroshima (think 1-2 mi radius).

I knew it sounded wrong when I wrote it.. the specs on the Tsar Bomba were that the blast radius was roughly 40 miles; my bad.
MrAnderson1985 3 years ago
u realize the Tsar Bomba was a 50MT bomb made to approximately test the effects of the 100MT device the Russians had produced...
