So a Blood Alcohol Content Measuring Device would indeed pick the alcohol up, most likely in higher concentrations as well, since it is administered much quicker.

Its not true, the dry ice actually cools the alcohol in a liquid, doing just the opposite of vaporizing it. It is possible that some of the alcohol liquid could be drawn up by the gas of the co2, but that amount would be minimal. Nice try, Dr. DICK WANG.
