Not sure mine has a red light. Guess the red light might be broken or something (or maybe it's a slightly different model - seems the same in all other aspects though). Oh well, no biggie. I think I managed to charge my pen from my laptop anyway, and I guess it's full, since the wall charger (which I plugged in after finally finding my EU adapter plug) isn't lighting up green. If I knew how to open this pen up, I'd check if there's even a red LED in there, and what then may have happened to it.

can u charge it directly to a usb port on a computer?
also what does the orange light mean?

@MARRON619 Yes you can charge it on a USB port. I received mine today, and it did not have any charger. The manual says to use the USB port.

the light on my camera doesn't flash and it doesn't charge...please help....when i unplug the cable the camera turns off...

@SOUTHENER7 If pen cam doesn't turn on, you need to contact your seller for repair if you're still under their warranty.
