I believe that's what's in the video. They are comparing it. Not me. I am just saying it's a joke that she says it because the are in no way a modern day classical. Put some other term to it because anything classical calls for very strict musical composition and even after reading other reviews and write ups about TG there is practicaly non and a lot of live and recorded music is improvised. Someone please explain how they are at all classical. Please.

@rabidmonkey69 I didn't take it as a rip; Cabaret Voltaire operated in a different creative theatre. Assuming the interviewer knew that, he simply said other industrial acts sounded nothing like TG. I think the interviewer implicitly acknowledged CV's place in the genre.

I just thought the comparison weirdly extraneous. I can't think of two industrial acts from 79-88 that sounded alike! So I didn't get the point of even introducing CV to the discussion.

The footage of TG in the background, is from their last gig (first time around) at the Kezar Pavilion, San Francisco May 1981, the music which is dubbed over in the background is from their album- "In The Shadow Of The Sun" (which was used as a soundtrack to a Derek Jarman film of the same name).

Near the end of the clip, the actual audio of said concert id used.
