  • what's more annoying, JW or obnoxious catholics? trick question; it's actually Scientologists.

  • @brofun In order to present the kind of evidence I'd like I would need to make a long video. However, with my full beard I wouldn't be welcome in a Kingdom Hall. I suppose that is some sort of evidence in itself.

  • It's nice not seeing a bias video that claims JW are cults. Cuz THEY AREN'T. Its hard to find positiveness on JWs.

Everyone is so upset about the whole door-to-door preaching.

Its hard enough for them to do it. But dealing with people who give such trouble when they try, seems so intolerable.

Hard to find a nice comment from someone who kindly withdraws instead of going on Youtube, etc, to complain on how their day was "ruined" because of a visitor.

  • @DefendingYHWH It's a good list but it doesn't hit on the fundamentals of why i'm a witness. The fruitages of the spirit (love, joy, peace being the main ones), the love and attention from Jehovah through the scriptures, the clarity of explanation from the governing body, as well as protection from bad scenario's is Jehovah's reward, it's its own reward, really. I do good, I feel good. I stay away from what I know and trust is bad, I don't feel bad.

  • @WakeUpWitness Judicial committees have a precident in the Bible. You haven't looked hard enough. Wedding anniversaries - ok so we can celebrate the milestone of Jesus' death, something he chose to do, but we cannot celebrate a milestone of other choices we have made? (eccl 7:1). Some fractions are in fact found in plants and fungus, it's up to the individuals' conscience. as for christmas bonuses, I haven't done enough research to say, but I can't be your guardian all the time.

  • The only problem with Jehovah's Witnesses is.....with certain things they do.....they "go betond what is written" 1 Cor.4:6. Certain procedures or practices or doctrines they do or have goes beyond what is in the bible. Such as: procedures for Judicial committees, celebrating wedding anniversaries but yet not birthdays, taking blood fractions and certain parts of blood, accepting christmas bonuses but yet not celebrating christmas, and many more. They focus more on organizational procedures.

  • u tell em im one of jehovahs witnesses, its so sad to see the ppl to day are spirtaly blind theses days:(

  • Hello JW brothers. If a burglar breaks in your house to kill your sons and rape your daughters, will you take up arms to shoot and kill him? If so, this is no different than going to war with an aggressive nation (ie. Hitler, Osama Binladin) to kill the burglar before they kills your family. What twisted word will you use to try and explain this away?

  • @basicman101 There is a huge difference between defending your home from a criminal and making the conscious decision to train yourself to kill other human beings for the political goals of your respective country. Also, in war, many many innocent people are slaughtered. If someone broke into your house..would you explode a huge bomb to kill him?..knowing you would take out several neighbor's homes and lives also? Your analogy doesn't hold water in ANY way.

  • This is a very good video. You make it clear for those who watch. When God comes with Armageddon, just like it says in the bible people will be begging Jehovah to show mercy. They will say that they "never knew or heard of Jehovah name," but they have. Most of the world will choose to ignore it. This present System of Things is the only chance for people to begin a relationship with Jehovah.

  • @pghdjmarty fine with me. I don't care how you live your life it's your choice.

  • JEHOVAHS WITNESSES UNITE AND ALL OTHER RELIGIONS WILL BE CRUSHED IN ARMAGEDDON!!

  • all you freaks out there that call OUR religion a cult and a lie and our elders criminals and that includes you below me; may you die horribly in Armageddon.

  • @WinXPwhiz Wow, someone sounds angry! Listen, Win, what is the worst that's going to happen if I am wrong about the JWs? I'm going to die...big deal! But I will have had a very rewarding, exciting, and , dare I say it, a happy life! Now, what if you're wrong? You will have lived your life as a servant to an organization that played you for 50, 60, 70 years only to-guess what?-DIE! I'll take my chances. P.S. Being on "apostate" sites like this can be hazardous to your congregational status.

  • There is no defense for "YHWH". Your religion is a cult; your elders criminals.

  • @mrobinson9896 care to present any kind of evidence?

  • you did chose the Rubbish Religions in the world! in fact you would be Bullied your hole

Life and you will have too many Problem's!

it's best to be have no Religions at all in life because none of the are Perfect!

you did chose the life of Hell! insted of a life of Happyinese.

fine screw your life up! because they are liying in your face! saying there is happy life in the J W!which there's not!

    Because I know!

  • good job :)

  • I am so tired of the "No religion is perfect" cop out from JWs. Did the Governing Body not receive divine inspiration from Jehovah before printing these FALSE PROPHESIES? Isn't that what is taught-that the GB are the heavenly inspired representatives of Jehovah! If it's not from Jehovah, then guess what? THE GB MADE IT UP! It's one or the other-it can't be uninspired when it doesn't come true and inspired the rest of the time.Wake up and quit making excuses. Open your eyes -see the REAL light.

  • @pghdjmarty I was under the impression that Witnesses are criticised precisely because we have the gaul to say we have the TRUTH when the RIGHT thing to say is there is good (and bad) in all religion. Critics are so eagre to attack Jehovah's Witnesses they trip over their own feet in the rush to contradict themselves. If there is a perfect religion - POINT IT OUT... put up or shut up. And if there IS NO true religion, why are you tired that we point out our imperfections?

  • @sunshineuk1965 I couldn't agree with you more, sunshine-there is no perfect religion. That's why I have chosen not to be a member of ANY religion. Rather, I will live my life being spiritual and not religious. All religions say that they are divinely inspired, and I just don't think that a higher power would send a wrong message to his or her appointed representatives.JWs, unfortunately, are more vocal about what they are guided by a higher power to do or to predict. I know...I was one!

  • @pghdjmarty And since there is no perfect man/woman you will also I presume chose not to marry and the lack of perfect children will obviously mean you will not have any children. The lack of perfect schools will mean you do no seek an education and since there is no perfect profession you will natually remain jobless. Let's not mention what will happen because of the shortage of perfect clothing and faultless menues.

  • @sunshineuk1965 No, that is incorrect. My spouse or children will not be proclaiming divine inspiration. My school, diner, or clothier didn't either .All religions CLAIM to be a channel to god.Religions are held to a much higher standard of "perfection" as they CLAIM to have a connection to god. This is a typical JW arguement- comparing mortal men with people who claim to be inspired of god.No, if you are really an agent of god, you should be right every time-for it is impossible for god to lie.

  • Awful music, just awful. I mean I really didn't like the music at all. It really stinks.

  • @DefendingYHWH Do me one favor and read Deut. 18:22 and Matt. 7:17-19. Then take into consideration 1914, 1915, 1975, and even 1875.

  • what scripture says to disfellowship? what scrip says no birthdays? what scrip says to pass out watchtower mags? what scrip says follow earthly man (gb)? What scrip says to hide pediphiles? what scrip says to make secret union with the un?what scrip says false prophesies mean new light?what scrip says to call everyone not a jw worldly and presume theyre evil until you knock on their door and try to pass out a magazine?

  • So why dont you jws take it a step further in regards "no part of this world"...get rid of tv,cars, schools, medicine, stores, etc.Why not round urselves up and go live in a field in the middle of nowhere with nothing from this world. Then u truly will be no part of this world. Cant do it? u cant pick an choose what u wana follow. NO PART means NO PART..so find a field like i said and be NO PART OF THIS WORLD. Wait for jah because it is the time of the end right? well u wont be waiting long then.

  • @kogamisamurai well, that would be deninf (deny-ing?) the Scriptures when they say to teach others the truth, now wouldn't it?

  • @Zypakoi NO IT WOULDNT. TEACHING PEOPLE IS RESERVED FOR JESUS OR THE BIBLE... NOT SO CALLED FAKE TEACHERS LIKE THE JWS. YOU ARE GONNA PAY FOR SPREADING LIES LIKE ALL JWS. WHAT QUALIFIES U TO TEACH OR LEAD PEOPLE? HAVE U BEEN BLESSED WITH SPECIAL ANNOINTING FROM GOD? NO.. SO SHUT IT.

  • If you were no part of this world you wouldn't be on the internet. The Amish truly are no part of the world. No electricity, no cars, no internet etc. Witnesses don't even come close to the dedication that the Amish show to be no part of the world! Witnesses use it as lip service while they remain every bit a part of the world. Just because you don't read any literature except Watchtower literature, doesn't make you no part of the world it makes you easy to fool. Quit trusting Watchtower!

  • Where in the Bible does it mention a Theocratic Organization? A false prophet is one who speaks something that doesn't come true. The Watchtower has already predicted the end in 1925, 1941, & 1925 etc. I bet 2012 is the new date. In fact, when did GOD ever say to fill out a time card for field service (NOT in the Bible). I could go on and on. Answer this, if JEHOVAH is the name we should use at all times then why didn't Jesus EVER call HIM Jehovah? Jesus never even told us to call HIM Jehovah!

  • @yodoggggg12345 When did the bible tell us to use electricity when we have fire, yeah, real sarcasm. I presume you have been shocked that the watchtower came up with there ideas, maybe from the bible?, did you know there "conclusion" or best estimate1900etc came from the bible, well surely the bible isn't a false prophet, neither the watchtower even being a prophet at all. If Jesus didn't use God's name, are you saying god's name is not Jehovah, what is god's name then, surely god has a name :)

  • Oh you were offering to other trinity, I see.

  • @supraskater94 He does this because this is not God's world, this is Satans world like the bible says this world belongs to the "original serpent" so the reason they are fighting over seas is because humans have grown to hate each other and no one should support that! but i mean it's totally want ever :) not trying to be confrontational

  • LOVE THE VIDEO ALL PRAISES TO JEHOVAH

  • I'm glad being a Jehovah's witness makes you more than just a person who attends church but someone who actually studies the bible to such a deep level, man the amount of stuff people can learn if they study the bible, it doesn't take a Jehovah's witness to realize "what they preach", but studying the bible, which brought Jehovah's witnesses to what they talk about to this day, such as being resurrected to earth, and Jesus NOT being god. I'm starting to see couple churches finally realizing :-)

  • @RendezvousEntity some are realizing now. but not very many! and come on, from one person to another, please read the whole book of John then tell me if you still think Jesus is God lol

  • @Kristendxd Yeah, it's funny how people decided to form the trinity as it shouldn't have being unsubscriptual hehe

  • @RendezvousEntity Jesus is God.

  • @singapore7773 Really? o_O

  • @RendezvousEntity absolutely.

  • @RendezvousEntity Son of God means nothing more and nothing less than God. That is why they Killed Jesus. He said he was equal to God.. Just like me and my father are equally human. Jesus and his father are equally God. Same nature means equality. equal means God. How Jehovahs Witness miss this is beyond crazy.

  • @singapore7773 Well it depends on how much you play around with the subject, When Jesus had ever said anything interchangeable to being Equal to god, I'm pretty sure he didn't mean he was "equal" whatever he said. Unless you don't know what father means, you can't go around saying they are equal just because god made him look so special being the first born, representing contact to god, archangel and so on.

  • @RendezvousEntity Jesus is God .... the Father is God... the Holy Spirit is God....

they all are ONE GOD... its a mystery.... a mystery is a truth above our nature

  • @singapore7773 Think what you think, but the bible is the bible, no one's ever going to get away with changing what it says about who Jesus really is. Yeah..the mystery is solved..thing is does it make enough sense that the mystery would be solved like that, after reading the bible, just because your religious leaders are claiming who they are doesn't loosen you from contradiction that obviously doesn't make "perfect sense"

  • @singapore7773 When I have time, I'll shed some light on the reason why that may not make sense to believe Jesus, his father, and god's powers under the name of the holy spirit are not all one god(being the creator, the created, and the power of god)

  • @RendezvousEntity fair enuf........ any time is good...... If Jesus isnt God he saved no one

  • Comment removed

  • @singapore7773 I meant he doesn't have to be god to resurrect people, I apologize for the typo, but if your reading, I hope you understand that no where in the bible says that Jesus has to be god to resurrect people instead of simply using the powers given to him by god.

  • @singapore7773 Jesus rose people from the dead. God.. Jesus was asked on trial are u the son of God ... Jesus said I AM. GOD... Jesus said I and the Father are one.

  • Jesus said i will be with u always...... JWs skipped um 1850 some odd years? sorry u cant take cuts in line and u cant skip 1850yrs. By the way, do u get points for putting this video on youtube from Bethel? Just asking

  • @singapore7773 so did other religions like baptist, methodist, and the catholic church was still earlier than most but was still created FARRRRR down the line of years. So i dont understand your point lolll

  • @Kristendxd No, the Catholic Church was started by Jesus himself. Jesus handed all authority to the apostles, the apostles handed authority to their successors, and so on and so on. Generation to generation. The catholic church is the only church that believes in Apostolic Succession. We have a line all the way to Jesus. Jesus said "I will build MY church, and it will not fail." If the catholic church wasnt started by Jesus, where is the one started by Jesus?

  • @singapore7773 In a way, Yeah, but then the Catholic church went off course..of course, and developed so called "New ideas" as generations went by, I'm sure there are still Catholics who keep Jesus's standards and those who went with Roman influences like billions of people do today. I hope for all who haven't absorb all the "external other religion based additions" and have stuck with Jesus all the way, than just the big time Catholic scholars, such a number is to small.

  • @RendezvousEntity Jesus said whatever u loose is loose, whatever u bind is bound... These are Jesus words, this is what catholics believe. In other words the catholic church cant go wrong.

  • @singapore7773 Then whats the point of Catholic a religion "itself"?. I acknowledge your freedom there, but it depends on attaching the "right" thing, pretty much before you start calling it right.

  • @RendezvousEntity I dont know what this means. ... Then whats the point of Catholic religion itself

  • @singapore7773 First of all, how wise would you say Jesus is if he said whatever people do to the church, becomes the church other words bound to the church, and if people sin and make the church a pagan domain, then why would if still be the church or congregation Jesus established?...Where does Jesus support this interpretation of the church or in your reference, the people in particular, not going wrong?

  • @RendezvousEntity ... Jesus said... "i will build MY church and it will not fail."

Jesus is God... when God speaks it happens... like ... Let there be light!!!! there was light...

  • @singapore7773 Just because Jesus is that wise doesn't mean his god, he also said he was god's son, wouldn't being born aside god be reasonable for his wisdom. Anyways if Jesus said that his church won't fail, maybe if you find any church's fail, he must not be talking about that church, simple as that. If you see church occupants making wrong decisions it doesn't make it righteous just because it's "claimed" a church better more Jesus's church. Where can I find these Jesus sayings?

  • @RendezvousEntity Gods son means equality with God.. same nature.

my son is human just as much as i am human.. .... pretty simple hey...where can you find which Jesus sayings??? Mt 16:16-19..... .... >Mt. 17:18 go to the church..

1 Tim 3:15 the church is truth........ there are tons more

  • @singapore7773 Whatever we humans think, isn't it best we just accept the bible, the fact Jesus never hinting anything about being his father and his father's heavenly force called the holy spirit or holy ghost? If Jesus feared his father, would he be equal? he says in Luke 22:42, he DID NOT want his own will to take place, his his fathers, why his father's?, why not "Jesus's" will?, I mean he IS his father better yet equal to his father, does it sound right for Jesus to had come to confuse us?

  • @RendezvousEntity You are confused.. Jesus had no need to be "his father" Jesus is equal to his father... it is a relationship... father and son.. The father "sent" the son to save the world from its sins. This is y Jesus did the "will" of his father.

  • @singapore7773 Just to be sure of the trinity you believe in, despite that you assume Jesus and his father are equal do you believe they are one?, just because the father and son have a relationship doesn't make sense why just because doing his will make him something other than on the son. Is there a reason why his not just the son because he did his will, like other angels have done?

  • @RendezvousEntity CATHOLICS believe 3persons in 1 God... we do not understand we do believe. it is a mystery. a mystery is a truth above our nature.. we know it is true, we dont know how it is true.... Have u studies St Thomas Aquinas? He is the smartest catholic ever concerning the Trinity.

  • @singapore7773 As he said in prayer, "let not mine but your will take place" he did just that..he had his father's resurrecting will take place".

  • @singapore7773 I understand as of now Catholics don't do everything the pope says, I'm very aware that Catholics aren't under any control, for there were even Catholics who believed the trinity should be the standard doctrine, and those who find this doctrine doesn't follow with the biblical Jesus, thus Jesus should be left known as a separate being from his father and his father's active force the holy spirit.

  • @singapore7773 Maybe I am confused. I left myself with the idea Jesus had taught being on earth, not the trinity, I can only bear what I hear from others who believe in the trinity. If you like, you could educate me on how YOU view the trinity and maybe we'll come to an understanding :-)

  • @RendezvousEntity its not how i view the Trinity... its how the Trinity is.....

Do you understand that St Augustine wrote a book on the Trinity , 420ad. it took 20yrs to write. And you can still go down to the local Barnes and Noble and buy it today!!!! 1600yrs later!!! If the Trinity was false it would fall apart. You can probably buy St Augustines book on ebay !!!! The Trinity is... it doesnt matter what " I think"

  • @singapore7773 Well I could just go find it but I don't have the time, I rather take it from what others are taught, do you believe in what your taught, then how about telling me why we should switch over to the trinity which is a man's point of view of the bible than prophets and Jesus taught. As reasonable this author may sound, does it really get along with the bible, I just want to know why people would say so, is there something wrong with that?

  • @RendezvousEntity 1. we know God is love. 2. we know love is an action. 3. If God were not Trinity, who or what did HE love for all eternity? since everything else was created at sometime or another? Nothing? How can love, love nothing? The Trinity makes sense, the father loved the son and the son loved the holy spirit for ALL eternity for all time. This is love, This is the Trinity, This makes sense

  • @RendezvousEntity Jesus said.... go baptize in the name (singular) of the father and of the son and of the holy spirit? how could Jesus say such a thing in singular? then give 3 different names? This is the Trinity. The church had nothing to do with it... it is JESUS

  • @singapore7773 Well if Jesus said his name and in the name of his father as one, why wouldn't it be that he meant his name singular, and THEN his father's singular, and then the holy spirit as if each were separate from another. Is that the point your bringing across? or are you still saying that there is no way Jesus meant his father being a separate person?

  • @RendezvousEntity the correct grammar would be "go baptize in the names of the father, the son and the holy spirit..... Names .... would of been correct. IF there were no Trinity

  • @singapore7773 Well it's obvious that if you would find the cause of the trinity, it would turn out to be a court decision upon debate of god a few hundred years after Christ. Well I'll be reasonable, and say the trinity shouldn't just simply be wrong because of that, I'm only saying that is' the matter of it really be in harmony with the bible, and it would be helpful if I could have the opportunity to go and check out the book you offered to find out why the trinity had toke shape as such.

  • @RendezvousEntity the Trinity is...... it doesnt need a court decision or a debate... or anything else..it needs nothing it lacks nothing .. The bible teaches the Trinity. Jesus taught the Trinity. The church teaches the Trinity. Back in 1931 the leader of the JWs railed and yelled at the pope on the radio, and then he challenged the pope to a debate!!! A reporter asked a catholic bishop in New York what he thought about this. The bishop said. " I doubt if the pope even knows this guy exist."

  • @singapore7773 Well that's what everyone has been saying, so I'll put this debate to the bible then, though I honestly have homework to complete, if you'd like to take a peek of my beliefs look at DefendingYHWH's video on trinity if theres ones that suit your topic. till then I encourage you to not cease your study in the bible, one day there will be people who will slip in your church and end people up in the wrong idea as an example the pope on some occasions where he can't be trusted.

  • @RendezvousEntity the pope can be trusted. Jesus said.

  • @singapore7773 Anyways, I understand most people may not keep up with my comments and have to go with up to the most they can get. So I'll just say when I meant by IF, I was referring to the IF that you state would make the singular as accurate it may be. The thing is, theres more to just parts of he bible YOU enjoy, but the WHOLE bible itself, and theres more non trinitarian parts in the bible you'll find out numbering parts where Jesus speaks of representing his father, trust me.

  • @RendezvousEntity Theres more non trinitarian parts in the bible? So, that proves nothing.. Once i show 1 verse to prove the Trinity it is over.

  • @singapore7773 A single part may support the trinity as in Jesus being the beginning, the rest explains he was the beginning of creation, that's just one example I can bring up. Proves nothing?, when the rest of the bible shows what one verse means doesn't mean nothing at all, all it's doing is telling the whole story, certainly this is "something", I'm just saying :-), Jesus also is shown divine, but so is god, at the same time he makes known he fears the one above him when he was on earth

  • @RendezvousEntity Therefore, by Jesus's point of view his father is superior. I'm just telling you what Jesus had said, and he didn't really lie, so what does that make of Jesus's prayer "Let not mine but your will take place", did he lie? try to confuse us? what does this all mean to you?, I'm certain this was NO riddle.

  • @singapore7773 Take note the bible doesn't contradict itself, but each section complementary to each's philosophy, when the bible says in the beginning was Jesus, later in the story the bible illustrates, Jesus as a creation of the father, not just any creation but the arch..the first ever being other than the father himself. One doubt I may only develop as you speak of the scriptures supporting you, is sounds like only a part of the story(because of other compliments too Jesus)

  • @RendezvousEntity the bible saying Jesus is the first creation.. all that means is .....

Jesus is the most important "being" to ever walk on earth.

  • @singapore7773 Yes, Jesus is the most important being that "walked the earth". Because he was a human who was used to channel god's power that people may worship the father, which he taught others about the type of person god was and obeying his father's rules.

  • @RendezvousEntity According to Catholicism..

    Jesus is 100% Man

    Jesus is 100% God

    its a mystery

  • @singapore7773 I guess that does sound confusing huh.

  • @RendezvousEntity no its not confusing its "mysterious".... confusing denotes doesnt make sense.... mysterious denotes "loftiness"

  • @RendezvousEntity no its not confusing its "mysterious".... confusing denotes doesnt make sense....

  • @singapore7773 Well if it makes any sense to you :-)

  • @RendezvousEntity mysterious means LOFTY.

  • @singapore7773 It does?

  • @RendezvousEntity mystery means a truth above our nature. so yes it means lofty

  • @singapore7773 Are we do understand as humans, the mystery? Well as far mystery goes, I believe Jesus didn't pull any funny business when he talked with his people :-)

  • @RendezvousEntity NO a mystery by its nature can never be fully understood.. if every person on earth studied Jesus or mary for that matter.. we would never fully understand the love of either. A mystery is above us. ..

  • @singapore7773 So in the Catholic education, Jesus being both completely god and man, is not confusing? well if it wasn't Jesus would be god and man, but the thing is why would be really be this father that created him if he was already the son when he was made? if the bible states a trinity mystery, then why does it sound confusing. Since you believe in the trinity can you explain if there was a trinity what would the bible say about the creation of Jesus?

  • @singapore7773 Sorry but after reading the bible, the trinity doesn't seem to make sense :-)

  • @RendezvousEntity The Trinity is the hardest thing to understand in the bible. period. But here is some help... FATHER MOTHER CHILD. 3 persons 1 family.

father son and holy spirit. 3 persons 1 God. ...

    water ... vapor.... ice.... 3 n 1.

TIME SPACE and MATTER.. 3 parts . 1 universe......

    beam ... particle ... wave... 3parts 1 light.

cell....every cell on earth has 3 basic parts. .. nuclius wall and? forgot the other part.

heat... fuel.... oxygen... 3 parts 1 fire.

    There are tons of others

  • @singapore7773 I am not sure if I'm following along correctly, Jesus has a mother? whose his mother? :-)

  • @RendezvousEntity Mary... no there is no mother in the Trinity. Yes Jesus has a mother, who is not in the Trinity...!!! You can probably Google st. thomas aquinas on the Trinity and learn a heck of a lot!!!!!! in a short amount of time.

  • @RendezvousEntity you must have read the Watchtower Bible. Do you understand the Theory of Relativity? Well just because you can't fully understand something, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist! Scientists can't explain everything about space or time, but they still exist. Think of the Trinity as a room. Length, height, and width. THREE measurements but only ONE ROOM. 3 divine persons but united as ONE GOD. Study harder from a King James or NIV don't read the New World Translation=corrupt

  • @yodoggggg12345 Don't be prejudiced, theres are reasons why the watchtower had made those bible corrections. Those are some good principals, but in the bible, we feel those features might not "really" apply to god, as much as they can say, we best not apply our "own" ideas other than what's written. Jesus sure talks separate to his father, Matthew 24:36, he sure is describes separate from the father, John 1:18, hm, I guess Jesus just can't be his father.

  • @singapore7773 Well if it means IF there were no trinity then I guess you might be right, because there WAS no trinity. Shouldn't we be looking for if it was right to put faith in the trinity, since it seems obvious to do so being an interpretation based on a few parts of the bible.

  • @RendezvousEntity "well if it means IF" I dont understand this post... sorry

  • @singapore7773 The church is truth, yes the church is truth, but not the people who are not in harmony with the church, if a minister says something at the church and it being a lie, therefore this doesn't follow along with the church the Jesus says is of his father's and his, simple as that. Read Proverbs 14:15, you'll find that even Jesus's prophets said we would have needed the need to NOT believe everything "a person says"

  • @RendezvousEntity Catholics dont believe everything the pope says.

  • @singapore7773 Your right the church of god doesn't lie, but be aware there are several churches that promote the wrong idea. And if you don't believe that, then you might as well be that simple man this prophet speaks of. As soon as religious leaders put up the idea of the trinity, and people just believed them for guys who run the church, I know this because there is no way Jesus came to earth to confuse us, he came to earth at our understanding.

  • @RendezvousEntity People didnt just believe the Trinity... They fought it left and right... The Trinity is not confusing...... it is Lofty

  • @singapore7773 Yes it may have suited an ideal "possibility" but later on people who weren't really raised in a strong trinity based background didn't really seem like we should walk ahead of Christ's teachings, they later found out that Jesus and his father were never honestly a part of the trinity, only in those men's eyes. Saying the bible, pretty much our only record, makes us sure Jesus was the son and son alone, it didn't make us sure that Jesus was not just the son.

  • @singapore7773 I know YOU know people never believed the trinity till the day such an idea was established, and theres a reason why it could've had no been believed in the early congregations. Reasons that have been covered with reasons why the trinity is the solution to some mystery so people have claimed. For one, even Jesus the son came down to earth making known he being the son, and never claimed the title of his father nor equality, so why the problem?

  • @singapore7773 Just to clear things up a bit, why do you believe Jesus is god? maybe I can explain how such an idea does not fit in the bible as a puzzle. I'm sure the bible says god said let there be light, your just substituting that word as Jesus assuming his god, but I want to know WHY you think god is Jesus.

  • @RendezvousEntity Jesus is God because he said he is... on trial he answered the question..... are u the son of God? he said I AM. this means he is God... as the people present very well understood.... they responded by killing him!!!! in those days u got the death penalty for saying u were equal to God.. There are tons of other reasons. LIke wiping mud on the blind mans eyes.. Or even when he said "u will see the son of man coming in the clouds of Glory." This word Glory meant he was God.

  • @singapore7773 So the son of god is god?, well thanks for reminding me, but why is the son of god, god?. Jesus was asked, are you son of god, he said "I am", okay well..I'm convinced that he did not lie, and he is son of god, not god, or better yet this god we know that says he created Jesus being the father. Those are some good analogies but similarities don't make Jesus god, the angels themselves were just like Jesus having "the father"'s similarities, does that make the angels one with god?

  • @RendezvousEntity God and Son of God are the same God... that is y he was Killed!!!! The angels are called angels because they are not God... Did anyone try to kill angels for blasphemy? You are confusing accidents and essence probably because your church never teaches such. Jesus accident is his sonship. Jesus essence is his DIVINITY. Jesus is therefore God !!!!..( this is a paraphrase not precise language for all u Trinitarians.)

  • Jesus religion was far from perfect? do u mean HIS church? Paul said the church is TRUTH... for your information Truth is perfect........ son of God means one thing only... same nature as God... my son is human like i am human.. my son cant be a dog or a cat. My son must be human by nature... That is y when asked at the nite trial "are u the son of God?" Jesus said I AM and the response was BLASPHEMY you have made yourself EQUAL to God.. ...JWs dont have a clue

  • Does anybody like it when family members turn against you and revile you in Christ's name? Of course not.

But we can take comfort from Jesus words at Matt 12:34 - he too experienced an alienation from his brothers and sisters, yes, REAL brothers and sisters did not initially accept him, but at least some did later, James and Jude.

Also his own nation with whom he shared the birthright of Abraham Isaac and Jacob. This "family" murdered him.

He warned his disciples, they too would suffer.

  • @customanalogue I think by this context of the scripture you can see that Jesus' family members were wrong to disown him. Jesus ministered to Samaritans. Big no-no. Jesus spent time with tax collectors, sinners. All those looked down upon by others. Jesus never shunned anyone that I can see in the scriptures. He tested their faith. But he can do that. He's Jesus.

Shunning is very unhealthy. For family members to shun one another really bothers me.

  • In Daniel 12:1-4 Michael "stands up" and earlier in the prophecy a horn symbolising Alexander the Great "stands up." Michael "stands up as KING.

Then there will be a "great time of trouble", a tribulation, during which time God's people is saved.

Those asleep in death will be resurrected to everlasting life.

    The "wise ones" will shine.

Finally Dan is told to seal it up for the TIME OF THE END.

THE THINGS MICHAEL WILL DO ARE THE SAME THINGS JESUS WILL DO!

There is no shadow of doubt here!!!

  • @aTrueHybrid

A practicing Jew I would have thought simple to understand. Was born under the Law of Moses and he practiced it. He also brought it to an end AFTER his death. He is the fullfilment of the Law, the Law was a "tutor leading to Christ."

A Kingdom by definition IS an organisation. It is the Dominion of a King, with Court and officers etc. Is the US government not an organisation?

Don't want to live in Heaven? The earth was good enough for Adam, sadly he threw it away, a paradise.

  • @aTrueHybrid

"What religion did Jesus come to start."

There is a fear re 'religion' and 'organisation' - but you know that there are good people and bad people. Same with respect to those two things.

Jesus was a Jew, a PRACTICING Jew. In fact better than anybody else. He was not promoting a new religion, but indeed the oldest even before the Garden of Eden - among the angles. Yes, the angels have a religion and they ARE an organisation. But what Jesus announced was a CHANGE. Same religion!!!

  • @aTrueHybrid

    Maybe not so quick please.

Why do you say "preach eternal life without Christ" when JWs believe that it is Jesus as God's agent and Son who has life in himself, is the one that will do the resurrecting? That accusation makes no sense at all!!!

As for 144.000 "bought from the earth" as not Biblical. The number is there is several passages (would you like to know where?), and what do you understand it to mean? Only good to criticise if you be constructive and not just a nay sayer.

  • May I make a comment, the slides are a little quick, but a lot of stuff there though.

Greeting from South-West of Sydney Australia, about 10 minutes from bethel.

  • I have a problem with some of those slides. They are not the truth.

  • @JAT002 Why? What is your reasoning? Who is the judge of what truth is?

Jesus is. Ponitius Pilate asked him: "What is truth?"

Jesus answer to him was "I am a King, for this reason I came into the world, to bear witness to the truth. My kingdome is not of (or part of) this World"

So the truth is connected to the KINGDOM.

So what truth are we talking about?

    THE TRUTH ABOUT THE KINGDOM.

"This good news of the Kingdom (the truth) will be preached to the... world, and then the end will come.

  • @customanalogue I only have 500 characters to work with. 1) the mistakes the JWs have made caused many people so much grief and dispare. People sold their homes, gave the money to the WTS and quit their jobs because the end was near in 1975. What do you do now? No home, no job, no savings. 2) My mediator in Christ Jesus, not the governing body or the anointed. 3) it is not in the bible that Jesus is an angel. 3) ALL who accept Jesus as their savior and obey the Father will go to heaven.

  • @JAT002

"Do not think I came to put peace upon the earth; I came to put, not peace, but a sword. For I came to cause division, with a man against his father and a daughter against her mother, and a young wife against her mother-in-law. Indeed, a man’s enemies will be persons of his own household." Luke 12

Did you think being a Christian would be an easy ride? Besides what you say is exagerated. As for Jesus being an angel, read Dan 12:1-4 can only be about Jesus. Stopped me dead believing T.

  • @customanalogue Daniel 12:1-4 parallels Revelations. Michael is never called Son of Man or God's Son. It is Michael.

Kingdom Ministry May 1974 "Reports are heard of brothers selling their property and planning to finish out the rest of their days in this old system in the pioneer service. Certainly this is a fine way to spend the short time remaining before the wicked world's end" Look this up yourself.

I have read and heard other accounts. I was 19 is 1975.

  • @JAT002

    > Kingdom Ministry May 1974 "Reports are heard of brothers selling their property and planning to finish out the rest of their days in this old system in the pioneer service. <

Not just in 1974, still happens today. Don't know too many regretting it. Their choice.

But where did you read this? Somebody spends a LOT of time trolling through our lit to find "gems" like this. I can imagine coming across this and jumping for joy.

They feel good? But it's a BAD spirit, finding fault is.

  • @custom analogue Where does "not peace but a sword" come from?? That is not in any bible I can find including the Kingdom Interlinear. Jesus is prophesying that there will be a conflict between believers and non believers.

"Mans enemies will be persons of his own household" Where is the world did you find that??????? It is not in the kingdom interlinear in Greek or English.

BIG QUESTION: Is this the scripture the WTS uses to turn families against one another and shun other family members.

  • @JAT002

    > Where does "not peace but a sword" come from??

    > That is not in any bible I can find

    Maybe you didn't look?

    American Standard Version, Matt 10:34

"Think not that I came to send peace on the earth; I came not to send peace but a sword. For I came to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother inlaw; and a man's foes shall be they of his own household."

To suggest we USE this scripture is a sickening.

  • @customanalogue

You indicated you were quoting Luke 12. .

  • @JAT002

    >You indicated you were quoting Luke 12. .

    My mistake.

I have been known to have made a FEW. :-)

I made a big mistake yesterday, I dropped a hammer on my foot. I can be so clumsy.

Yousee? You gotta have some humour.

One of my most favourite quotes come from Niels Bohr, physisist and Einstein loved him and they argued as good friends (Einstein says some lovely things about him in his autobiography). Bohr said: "Some things are so serious you have to laugh at them."

  • @customanalogue Pedophiles, NGO of the United Nations, false prophesies, numerous doctrinal changes. Is God living in the Pleiades Star Cluster? Is the Great Pyramid the "Bible in Stone? Did the faithful of Hebrews 11 ever return and live in a mansion in San Diego owned by the WTS? Did Jesus return invisibly twice? Who really is the end time generation? Everyting keeps changing.

You just think you're living in the truth. What will the truth be in 10 years? Different? Possibly.

  • oh yea and thats why your in a religion that uses a bible that was edited by catholics and then again by jw. why dont you sk the elders about the chapters that are missing.

  • Comment removed

  • Jehovahs Witnesses is an American religion where it was started and the 144,000 who they say will be saved will then most likely be all Americans and all the rest they class as second class.

JW's reject many Bible verses and will only use those bits of verses which they can make to suit there own doctrine. The religion has not even been around for 200 years and is full of prophecies which have never come true

  • acts3:13NASB"The God of Abraham,Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has Glorified his servant Jesus, the one whom you delivered up in,and disowned in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release him." so Jesus is the servant of the one God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.he is not himself this God or part of this God.

  • The Trinity is in the Bible, but not the word Trinity. It is there at Jesus' baptism. The Father spoke, the Son ws being baptized, and the Holy Spirit descended like a dove. It is there when He says baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in Matthew, and then in Acts just says in the name of Jesus. So Jesus is synonomous with God.

  • I just got baptized on July 3rd 2010(;

  • @youheartbeth i'm sorry

  • google Doe's Account.

  • If the Watchtower really believed that the Bible was truly "the inspired Word of God," why did they feel the need to create their own version, changing KEY scriptures that relate to who Jesus really is, & those that show that it is Jehovah's plan of salvation that we come to His son?? At John 14:6 Jesus tells us that HE is "the way," that HE is "the life," & that HE is "the truth." But the Watchtower points to THEMSELVES as "the way," & that THEY are "the truth," & only through THEM is life!!

  • @1955annemarie not quite that way.i personally can appreciate the modern translation acoordingly so as to fit the need for us all to understand the depth of the scriptures along with Jehovah spirit.

  • @kutuku54 I understand...I really do

  • But where in the bible is Jesus and Archangel Michael one? And When was your church started. Would the true church have a start date different than one originating from the beginning. Your bible doesn't look like any bible pre 1600??? hmmm was god not around then, because you guys weren't?

  • All jehovah's witnesses are hypocrites

  • you should follow the bible then not the watch tower secitey

  • The Gossip that goes around about different denominations is really funny. when i checked into this gossip, I found out that the JW"S do not believe the 144,000 will be going to heaven and all JW"s are going. They believe in the new heaven and new earth rev. 20. They believe that the 144,000 are the blessed ones who help Jesus rule in the end times. i.e. God's army. They believe that none of them or us are included in this number. most have been chosen already.

  • great video!

  • What's the song on this one?

  • @TimKilgore Ride or Die. It's a Collaboration with Snoop, and rappers from different areas like "West coast, east coast, and Mid West" and of course the "dirty south" side is the most least talented verse. lol I know this from a time of great "hoodlum" activities lol

  • Thanks for the response, this seems like the instrumental version which is awesome. I do mash-ups on the side when I have time so I was hoping to do something interesting with it. Your "hoodlum" activities aren't going anywhere, no JW would listen to me anyway :)
