Yeah, im a HUGE Deg fan and i must say i do find some similarities. I think we all have someone we admire (as in looks) and apparently Kyo liked Kiyoharu's? I dont know but anyways in the visual kei scene most of the jrockers act and look alike so its not a surprise. Musically speaking they are quite different.

Kyo did rip off Kiyoharu just as I am sure Kiyoharu ripped off someone else before him. It's just a long chain of things - everything goes back to something else. I'd argue that Kyo finally found his own style by the time Kisou and Vulgar came along, which is ironically the time most fans of the earlier style of Dir en grey lost interest.
