Do we really accelerate on these types of platforms considering the speed of gravity/momentum of the body vs. the speed of the plate? If so, would then being stationary on the plate be more efficient to create overload? BTW, I am a big fan of WBV but am not convinced that the formula F=m.a is the dominating factor on how if affects our body.
