I seen this boat today at Nv Boat Co. The Donzis have always been a sight to be seen, my favorite by far!! What an impressive looking craft this is!!! I hope she floats agian, And when she does, I would love to help as a deck hand(for the recommisioning)!!! -Bill Schnuckel
While slowing down from running hard the owner turned the boat toward shore caught a wave an the boat while doing somewhere around 45 mph rolled over. Engine hatch dislodged an took the rear deck cap with it. Motors hydro locked almost instantly an since boat was upside down swamped an sank till nothing but the nose was sticking out.
Thanks for posting this video.. I am one of the 9 that were on the boat the day this crashed... we are all very lucky to be alive and well.. but thank you for sharing some of us were hoping someone got it on tape..

Step hull boats dont like it when trimed out and you make turns. Glad everyone got out safe.
