When you don't know the entire story, it's easy to point a negative finger. Shame on you. I do know that the reason "Napoleon" was so fat in this video was because of the medication he was on caused the weight gain and NOT because of over feeding of improper care. This is not a case of the owner being at fault. Boo to you!
