Why don't you put a hinge near the seat, install another set of handlebars, then attach two light connectors to connect the front set of handlebars to the rear so that you can steer while riding?

i think you should try a shorter stem to correct your reach, your back position will be more improved creating a more comftorable posture, and maybe move your saddle further forward buy about 2cm, furthermore fixing your posture. youll feel the change instantly, but dont do it to quick because you may hurt yourself doing it to fast, handling should improve and general posture

Yes, its really well-built, and I tried to ride it without hands. Once :)

You can ride it by sitting on the tube, close to the handlebar, but than you cant pedal. Two persons can ride it -one pedalling, one steering- it works, but not too confy..
