4/5 because i think you need more stuff in the town insted of building big tall buildings you need more stuff like a resterant. oooh thats good you should build a resterant it would be so cool. im adding that to my list of stuff to make for my lego city.

This is a great video.

I really love the lego tower, it remembers me the Kisho Kurokawa's capsule tower.

Its a great High Tech city, and it has something that every great city in the world want to have: Batman watching!
