for controling all you have to do is open project64 click on options and then configure controller plugins and then you can set it up your self as far as what keys on your keyboards you want to do what with or you can go out and buy a pc control at a store i got mine for 14 dollars and works great

thats odd are you running it as an administrator the emulator is called project64 make sure you click on that one
