i think there's some really good animation going on here. However i think you should probably make your cuts a little bit longer. They seem a bit too short and all over the place. try looking up some filmmaking tutorials thatll give you a really great idea as to how long to make your cut-scenes, and some other techniques for making a film more fluid and convincing. Again, the animation itself is great, but that cutting just gets in the way a little bit. Great story too.
