I have listened to the Elvis version.I have listened to the Conway version.
I prefer Shaky's version above all!I share some of Shaky's music with my mom.She is Elvis fanbased, but thinks Shaky stays the most true to the roots of Rock&Roll. And she thinks he is very good.Forever Shaky!
Actually this song was first done by Elvis in 1958, for the movie King Creole, and was titled "Danny". It was later recorded by Twitty in 1960, and became one of his biggest hits.
nice to hear it a bit different , its one of my favourite songs, nice one !
