hey icute you can't open the tabs because they're whats called a .rar file. .rar files are compressed to save memory, so you have to uncompress them to open them. what u do is you use a program called winrar which u should have already loaded on your computer if you run windows. if 4 any reason you don't have this program, download and install 7-zip. (just google it) all these programs do is uncompress these files. once one of them is installed, right click on the file and press extract.
