The domino scene, where V tips over black and red dominoes to form a giant letter V, involved 22,000 dominoes. It took 4 professional domino assemblers 200 hours to set it up.
I like this. I mean it's kind of interesting, but he himself isn't a domino, yet he begins everything. And everything that has happened couldn't have happened any other way, because of what happened before that. The way dominoes fall upon each other is a beautiful analogy of that causal chain. I think at the end, when he removes that piece, it is a description beautiful reminder. The inch, that is spoken of in the film. Even after everything, V still has that inch that makes him free.

@Ivanlamperouge I'm with you, it's so boring when everybody thinks the same way. That domino can have a lot of meanings and every theory is equally right, in art, there's no such thing as a unique correct answer, that's the beauty of it.

That said, this has to be one of the most poignant scenes in the entire movie. The symbolism is a thing of beauty.

The last domino standing represents the final act that must be done to complete the "domino effect": Blowing up the parliament building.
Near the end you can see Evie place the final domino on the train, before she starts it up carrying V and a tonne of explosives to parliament.

there is a great deal of symbolism in that one clip-
Basically, he set up the whole situation,
and it only took the smallest push
to set off the whole chain reaction,
each peice being set in motion by the last.
in the end, it's stopped by the one peice left.
for the plan to be completed,
the last peice has to be removed-
Him.

If you all have such strong opinions about the existence, or lack thereof, of global warming (and no, I'm not stating an opinion there), then by all means debate it... but do it elsewhere, please? There's only a few hundred boards out there where you could easily dive in without warning and get stuck into a raging debate about such things.
That said, this has to be one of the most poignant scenes in the entire movie. The symbolism is a thing of beauty.
