Call me a fanboy, but I've used it and it's like a giant android phone. Apps are just as amazing as they already are on the Samsung captivate, just with a few Froyo features. seriously. The 16:9 ratio is awful for web browsing. I tried to love it. I really did. But it just wasn't happening for me.

probably the only reason i like apple products is because they are very reliable and work when i want them to, not when they decide to. and their costumer service holy shit amazing got a mac the other day (first time user) and they were so friendly sat me down and showed me how everything works. ive had it for about 3-4 months now and it is amazing never crashes or lags on me, apple is amazing. the only time ill ever buy a pc again is when they sort out their PCs and their customer service.

there's also another competitor now on the market, the blackberry play book. Personally i will still stick to apple but i'm waiting for them to upgrade the ipad, coz there's no camera on it, and i would like it downsize a little bit more. I like how alot of people are saying the Galaxy Tab is the iPad killer. For one, how many phones were considered iPhone killers and the iPhone still is the most sought after phone. The iPad has sold more than netbooks and laptops considering theres no flash and yeah I agree this looks very nice and I would like a go, but I think i will stick with my iPad. The specs of the Galaxy Tab are greater than that of the iPad. For instance: 2x RAM (iPad: 256mb, Samsung: 512mb), SD Card slot for external media, two cameras (!!!), it's cheaper (at least I think it is...)

I'm surprised you haven't noticed Apple keep ripping everyone off with their iPad's and iPhones. But I do agree with you about making calls on this. I know Samsung won't sell as many but that's because Apple have earned a name for themselves.

Even when the hardware suport froyo and multitouch.. just search spica multitouch on youtube. my girlfriends s8000 jet and sgh i780 was also crap.. samsung=stuck with old software and no suport.. last time I ever buy any thing from samsung..
