I read Acts 15 and it dosen't say anywhere that having leaders and elders is the great commission. the great commission is spreading the gospel. if have a clergy was the definition then without we would not have the great commission but since it is not the definition then that isn't so. it is important but it is possible to tell people about Jesus without it.
