Bonito diseño; pero esa turbina no dará nunca nisiquiera un giro... falla grave de diseño. Teoria es una cosa, practica es otra.

What would turn it into the wind? Surely this design is just lowering the amount of wind impact area upon the blades? Also wind would deflect internally and cause opposing forces and stop the blades from turning or cause sporadic movement. I'm sorry to say that this design would just not work.
