  • citizensforpatients... check your dr. too. Sometimes if you go in for a routine exam, and they start asking quetions and if you mention anything else, they will sometimes add another code on the claim that is not listed as routine and that can cause the claim to be processed differently. I would ask the dr what procedure codes were on the claim as well as diagnosis code and then call your insurance company and give them the codes to find out if any additional codes were added to the filed claim

    pay the claim next time Blue Cross of Alabama and maybe you will not get pissed off customers leaving comments like this.

    it's a claim from a doctor in your provider list for a routine screening that is listed in your handbook as a covered item. PAY THE CLAIM!!!!!!!
