Please dont take this as an insult or offense from it, but you really should work on not breathing into the mic so much. Also you might want to hold the mic a little farther away from your mouth so the volume will stop roller-coastering so badly.

when i use the pen and select the image it fills in the selection with a colour but when you do it it just shows a line around the object, how can i change it so t is like yours? thanks

Please tell the audience what they are doing instead of "push CTRL U, CTRL E" or whatever. that way, we learn to navigate the program, not just shortcut keys. when you use the shortcut keys it is frustrating to the student since she doesn't really know "what command" she is using through through th shortcuts.
