Hey Chiz would u please do a video on proper squat form specially for tall people im 6'2 188lb and i find i lean my torso forward too much...i have seen many videos but non point out this issue . Thank u
@ChrisZFit Awesome! And yes, for what it does (I just checked the website) it is extremely affordable. Thanks again and I look forward to future videos!
@ChrisZFit Thank you very much for the helpful info! Definitely makes sense. When I can put aside the money I'm going to get one of these Human Trainers. Looks very useful for a full body workout!
@JRowdy32 It is the BEST! And very affordable. I'll be posting more videos each week so that you can see all of the great exercises that you can do with it!
my new year was wounderful thanks! can you do a stomach vacuum pose exercise in your black sports bra and your tight black shorts.hope your not mad i asked you that Hun.
this also works as dumbell pullovers I think.. but in db pullovers you dont really work core muscles this one is a nice exercise... thanks for the video :)
Useful video. Chrissy, how do you find these Human Trainer core exercises compare to ab wheel rollouts (kneeling and standing)?
Apart from gymnastic manouvers, standing ab wheel rollouts are the most challenging core exercises I know. So, I just want to know for reference to that.
@utubesqueeze The third variation is more intense than the ab wheel, as the handles aren't stable and require much more core engagement and stabilization.
@ChrisZFit Ah, I see. Because even with a double standing rollout the wheels wouldn't move potentially as much as the handles on the Human Trainer with your 3rd variation.
Though, unlike the ab wheels it would be difficult to bring the ropes to have a perfectly horizontal or decline body position.
Great videos! I just had a question on this one. Can you get the same workout from the third exercise that you did, with the ab roller? Or is it a bit more challenging with the suspension? Does balance play a part as opposed to the ab roller? Thank you for any info!

@canvargun yes, for the upper body, pull overs will work similarly to this exercise but will not work the core like this exercise
