wow i dont think iv ever heard someone say "half brother/sister" on soaps. for some reason, they always only say brother or sister. i dont know...just realized that. oh, and anyone else know any two siblings that are fully, not half or step related? besides adam+stuart and babe+marissa, the twins?

Well, yeah, they say "brother" or "sister" because it is their brother or sister, that doesn't change just because they only share one parent.
