  • Rock And Roll MAN!!!!!!

  • @MarkOpee1 it is good to do some research before making up your mind. read 1 thessalonians 5: 21. it is true that the hexagram is used for occult symbolism, but it is also true that it is used by the Jewish people. having 2 or more meanings doesnt mean it is fully occult, it yust has multiple meanings.

  • @MarkOpee1 search a little but more and u will find the explanations. look on "3 x w dot mortification dot de slash discography slash cover" and look for the explanation. te site is available in english.

i didnt know the symbol on the israelian nation flag was an occult symbol ;)

  • @MarkOpee1 thanks for the encouraging and blessings to you too, i hope u understand my point of view, even if u dont agree with it. i will search for sermons from Paul Washer, and listen very carefull to prove his honesty. i will suggest you to read some lyrics from the band Mortification, to see that there is not only evil in the music. i reccomend the songs: God Shaped Void, Martyrs, Influence and Triumph of Mercy. God works in many way's to reach lost souls, i believe even through music..

  • @MarkOpee1 i know there is a lot of "crap" in the christian metal realm, i know i have to be carefull, but u can't say it is all evil. u will do wrong to the few good in there. even in the church i am in are people who try to pull people away from God, but that doesnt make the whole church evil. i dont buy cd's, i "steal" them from the internet, because Gods word is supposed to be free. i listen to a few bands that really inspire me, and only encourage me to follow Christ.

  • @MarkOpee1 (part 5) i still have hard times not to go back to the things i've left, but i am getting better and better in understanding the tricks and the works of satan, by that i mean that i can point them out and fight them, instead of giving in. anyway, i this is more than i planned to post, so i am finishing up for now, but i want u to know this. i dont listen to Rob Rock, i was only checking it out. but it was because of this upload that we have a great discussion ;) think about that....

  • @MarkOpee1 (part 4) that was the hardest part, because, it is easy to do things away, but satan doesn't like that he cannot provide the replacements. i hard a very, very hard time to not grab back onto the things i had thrown away, i was really addicted to playing computergames like Diablo 2, a very occult game, and i've thought of starting playing again multiple times the past few years .. i also had a very hard time to stop smoking, i've struggled for nearly 2 years with that (part 5)

  • @MarkOpee1 (part 3) i hate the limit on youtube. anyway, i came to God after deciding that i could not go on destroying myself, so i got down on my knees and asked for forgiveness and guidance, and from that moment my life changed. that didnt mean i was instantly free of sin, i had a very hard time to stop smoking weed, but i did it, i had a very hard time throwing away over 1000 dollars of music, films and games, but i did it. then i needed to full my life with God and things from him. (part 4)

  • @MarkOpee1 (part 2) then why did i get rid of all the music i was listening to when i decided to give my life to the Lord? i was lost in a life full of addiction, i was using drugs, listening to way more evil music then this and i was close to being an alcoholic. i was still going to church, but only because my parents told me and i wanted them to stop triggering my conscience. i was listening to bands like: NOFX, Pennywise, Cradle of Filth, Dimmu Borgir, Rancid, and a lot more.... (see part 3)

  • @MarkOpee1 i am sure i am a true believer, and i know the Holy Spirit guides me, even trough very hard times, i have no reason to doubt that, besides, didnt Jesus himself tell us: "pray and u will be given what you prayed for" (Matthew 7:7-8) why should i pray multiple times for the same thing if God already knows what i need before i even asked it? if i do that i won't thrust his promises... u tell that if i love perverted music i maybe not born again, then why (see part 2)

  • @MarkOpee1 your responses really make me think but, i still dont get the point of music (any kind) being evil. i have a few reasons for that but here is 1 for a start: in church we also make music, here in the netherlands the organ is the main instrument. if u go to the origin of this instrument (taking the pipe organ) we see that it was made in greece and was used in the arena's. doesnt this make this the organ and its music evil? by the way, i dont remember bringing up bach? what is the link?

  • @MarkOpee1 besides, aren't we all perverted by sin? so dont we all make perverted music, even if it has lyrics that praise God? and if rock music is invented by "perverted" people, then please explain how it will stil be "evil" if it is played by "non-perverted" people (ofcourse talking about new songs with new music, made to praise God) arent most of things in life invented by people who dont know God (and by that perverted sinners)? the bycicle or car you go to church with? the internet?

  • @MarkOpee1 i've seen them all, and i believe there is a lot of music that is not right, but i also noticed a lot of lyrics pulled out of their contexts by this people who claim they are speaking the truth, fact is that they didnt even take the time to doublecheck their sources. they are trying to do the right thing but they dont seperate the lies from the truth, and by that they are also telling lies. is that biblical? now comment on the 2th part of my last post please.

  • why? because people listening to and making this music are evil? the main reason that people think metal /rock is evil is that it was evil from the start. but where was the start? was it the blues? so where did the blues come from? where did music come from? take your bible and read genesis 4 : 19 - 23 this is the first part about music in the bible? later God tells Israel to praise him with this instruments. but they ware EVIL!!!! or werent they? let God be praise with every instrument!

  • 1 people likes reagge

  • @pablofd95 2 people, me also, but i like this 2 ;)

  • I'm not trying to take away your hopes or anything, if you think it's Christian metal, fine, if it gives you any special feeling due to that only notion, I don't see anything wrong about it. If, anyhow, the band states that they're playing Traditional/Power metal and simply singing about some aspects of Christianity, then surely read it for what it is.

  • It's not "Christian"-metal. It's Traditional/Power metal. Meaning it's Traditional Metal, but also close to being Power metal.

The notion of their Lyrics only -refers to- Christianity. This conclusive notion you've made, can also be made of a band consistent of lyrics about whispering oaks, making it "Whispering oak"- or "Mythology"-metal.

Regarding lyrics, try listening while considering words such as; "Interpret", "Symbolism", "Metaphors", "Paraphrasing".

  • Thanx for the posting!

  • @JeriRose2 If you've been listening to metal since the eighties brother then you have (like most people) been missing out on a LOT of metal. When bands could no longer get a record company to release an album in the States they went to Japan and Europe to keep playing and recording.....and most people were stuck with the shit they were putting out here and claiming it was "metal". Check out Cauldron, Steel Wings, Striker and Skull Fist! I think you'll agree, metal in back in vogue!

  • I WUNT THAT PIC !!! AARRGHHH

ROB ROCK WILL FUK U ALL !!

    <3 best !

  • THIS IS STILL MY NUMBER 1.

  • LOVE IT.....YEAH... REALLY LOVIN THIS TRACK....

  • かっこいい

  • ma la traduzione in italiano si potrebe avere?

    Grazie

  • This really is good stuff. Never heard Rob Rock till tonight and he does that for sure and for Christ! Pretty sweet.

  • JeriRose2;

You should check out Masterplan, Jorn and a project called Allen/ Lande.

I think you may find them interesting. ;D

  • Masterplan?

    Evergreys Masterplan?

  • Where have I been? Never heard this group/artist until tonight on you tube. They are HOT!!! And I see I can buy the CD! I honestly didn't know any groups rocked in this vein anymore. I listened to metal in the 80s going into 90s and this reminds me of some of that. I can actually HEAR what they are singing, and the guitars are crisp, clear and crunchy! Love it, love it, love it!!!

  • Where have you been indeed? ;-)

There are still a ton of bands out there that play classic metal. If you like this - check out the other Rob Rock solo albums, especially 'Rage of Creation', and his album with WARRIOR - 'The Code of Life'. Some of the best metal to come out in the last few years.

  • I like this better than some of the groups where it's hard to make out the words. Awesome to hear that they can rock hard and still sing clearly. I was into Stryper, Bloodgood, Jerulsalem and Rez to name a few. I just checked out Barren Cross on here, and there was some real anointing on it!

  • AWESOME!!! I have got to pick up this CD. I have been desperately looking for a band that has this kind of fire and passion driving its music in praise of the Holy One. Dude I was born in 1983 so I must hear more of this band, I am blown away!!!

  • I'm not too much into praising the holy one through music, but I will agree that this band is awesome. A lot of Christian bands rest on the fact that they've got an almost captive audience and just phone it in, but these guys are 100% real.

  • hes also the vocalist for a band called impellitteri. they just released there 12(at least i think 12th)CD wicked maiden
