saw interesting scalar waves south of japan on cnn weather update. could china be pushing the jet stream with its haarp. russia could be also. the us not so sure. it needs a reason to bring in martial law and all the rules and regulations waiting in the wings. mainly the "national id card". that ones been a tough sell for americans.
