I would expect that door problem to happen on an Otis instead on a Schindler 400A, since Otis's are infamous for door problems. Also, nice and Eco-friendly elevator.

That was the door operation not sounding good, and it sounds like a loud ship's horn, but that door operator needs repair, if not replacement.
