@billytistrak she changed it her last name, her name was Sara Hodedatov, and she changed it to Sarit Hadad to make it sound more Israeli. Most jews that left Soviet Union to USA and Israel, they changed their last names back to what it was, before the soviet influence.

At one point the Persian empire controlled all of the region, so people moved around under persian influence.
