You mean the dock? Have a look in the description and download the dock. If you want the start menu in the dock, then right click an empty space on the dock, go to "Add" then click "Start Menu Launcher".

Im curious to know if this will affect in anyway the start up speed... the thing is I am familiar with modding and used to do it big time with windows xp ... i rememebr when i started that the first thing i did was change the load up and log in screen which was a mistake hehe cause i ended up slowing it down by a bit... so I am curious to know if this is a high probability liability with this mod?
