Well, I don't have much options either unfortunately... Phenom 9850BE, MSI k9a2 platinum V2, OCZ Reaper 4X2 gigs. not great but my system was cheap for a huge bang. 3dmark don't show too well (1200ish) but games are a dream. btw, ever played -Q- servers on TF2?

I wen't on ebay and bought 2 ati 2900XT and crossfired them together.. 1 G vid memory for like $300. Crysis at max settings runs like 30FPS no good but ya know... its really good for really cheap

good video, bad things is that your Rig has a few bottlenecks

1. your procsessor is GOOD, but a Quad is proven to be beter for that 4870 even if that quad is at stock,

2. your PSU is crap xD. maybe a 600w+ whould be beter for that beast inside your system :3.

My e8400 is definitely no bottleneck, and I'm pretty certain it would out perform a stock quad in the games i play tf2,css,dod:s,etc, those don't take big advantage to quads. My Corsair 550 watt psu is fine for my system, yes bigger would be a bit better but mine does the job more then fine, definitely doesn't mean it's crap. I'm actually upgrading to a antec 1200 and corsair tx750 watt as of this payday though. I do plan on going quad sometime soon, maybe a q9550.

Since playing the original tfc, the way they changed the graphics to look more cartoonish, i was mad, and didn't want to give it a try. I ended up buying the orange box and playing it, one word...wow, i got really addicted to it for awhile, its a really fun game. You get to play as different classes, so you can mix up your gameplay, making it fun all the time. But ya i definitely recommend it, awesome game.
