However, this season the Clana arc is contaminated, and needs to be steriized. It's bad writing and feels more like a dream, then a reality because it's not consistent with season8 nor does it make any believable sense. It actually conflicts with itself like Chloe telling Clark to move on and don't hurt her cousin, then tells him to work it out with Lana and throw her cousin under the bus. Very conflicting, showing this was written quick and seperate, most likely to promote Kreuk's new movie.

This just seems really weird, it's like they have ruined season 8, I'm guessing Lana will either become infected with Kryptonite and lose her powers or she'll be deadly to Clark and he won't be able to go near her, ha ha ha. That would be hilarious.

I hate it when the CW producers and directors decide to stick to some aspects of the comics and change some aspects. Why can we not have a different timeline when Clana are together? I mean Clois is too cliche its time to finish off what you start. Unfortunately the problem with humanity and more evident with producers and directors is that they cannot PROPERLY finish what they start! I am not really a fan of the romance I was just hoping to see SMALLVILLE not The Adventures of Superman!

You know i'm hoping that Lana is infected with Brainiac like chloe. Even with alien DNA suit, her powers should not be equal to Clark's, unless brainiac's an influence. I hope this is the case, because Clark will realize it's just face, that the idea of Lana and Clark is just imagery, that he would fall for an imitation, just like lana did with Bizarro. It's the only thing that would redeem Clark and make a believable romance between Clark and Lois.

No offence to Kristin Kreuk, because I think she's an awesome actress, but I think that the whole Lana and Clark thing is getting very annoying. I mean, when will Clark smarten up and realize that they don't belong with each other? Seriously, bring back Lois, and start the season fresh, before everyone get's annoyed with the whole Lana/Clark thing and we all stop watching this show. :P

no, they were on again off again for periods of time. She married Lex, dated Teague, Whitney. She's also been solo. Being a love interest is different then actually being with that person. If that were the case, using that philosophy, then Lois and Chloe also been with Clark. The Clana package never stays together long, 2-3 episode and they're back to looking for new loves. Kinda like Kreuk's character in edgemont, Lana character seems to be inspired by that role.

But he has shared romantic moments with all three. Clana is a complete contradiction, it's amusing how some don't see it was never meant to be, it just makes for a good story. The connection is so weak Clark never realized Lana was kidnapped, he never questioned it, ehe instead accepted it. A love on the surface, but when tested, always crumbles at the seems.

make sense, Lex needs a vessel to bring him the power, Lana if the perfect vengeful blind pawn. He knew she would attack him out of revenge, a weakness to exploit and not Clark, becuase his is natural power using the kryptonite intentionally to get lana within reach. Apparently they're planning on paying Welling a lot of zeros to sign on for a ninth-season. it's riding on him, they're also negotiating with Mack for her to come back next season as well. I'm sure they'll do a ninth season though, they're getting the ratings. So when I say kill off, I mean seemingly. Whereas it appears on the surface Lex's dead, but in reality in hiding, plotting ect: Giving Ros the opportunity to come back.
