i just need to say, on behalf of everyone out there learning tap and watching these videos for assistance, it is NOT helpful when all you comment with is: "I learned that when i was 7." or "this isn't adv. tap, i would call it begginers." Your comments arent helpful, they only boost your ego. I notice these types of comments on every tap dancing video I watch. they get old after a while.

i'm doing this step myself. we call it hop shuffle and we actually hop on the shuffle. we started with the right foot and then did it with the left first in front of your body then right and left and then behind - the last one is a bit difficult, although it doesn't look that good (at the moment - still practising) it sounds amazing...

those are real steps! the sounds come as she hits the floor and every good tap dancer knows how to make it look easy when the step is very hard. I have been to many tap camps and she is hitting the sounds right.

it looks like she isnt hitting the ground but she is stomping her heel down when she is sliding the other foot over, the noise isnt coming from the foot thats in the air...duh... its coming from the heel hitting the ground on the other foot

Okay well lets talk about this. i am 13 years old and have been danicing for years. Last year i did my first solo in tap. The steps in my solo were harder and faster than the ones shown in this "advanced" video i am in TEEN line, and this years solo is wayyyyyyy better than what this person can do.
