I always liked the character of Lyn, and was sorry to see her written out of the show. The tough thing about a prison based soap opera is that it is difficult to keep the characters relevant once they are released.
When a woman is pregnant, she suffers from Morning Sickness. This is a sign that the baby is going to make it. Lynn did'nt throw up at all, she had no idea she was pregnant. I guess she thought she didn't have a period because she was starving herself to prove she didn't hurt that baby Ritchie.
@jewels1931 I know, they have a program called I didn't know I was pregnant on Discovery Health. I've heard of women that bleed while they're pregnant. I guess it's the hormones in the womans body. My sister never suffered from morning sickness with any of my nephews or niece, she got sick and threw up on the day she had them. But my niece suffered from morning sickness for three months with my great nephew Izaiah.

@Sheri451 Really, Fiona Spence is gay? I never read that. I thought she had lost her long-term husband recently but maybe I'm getting her mixed up with someone else. Love Fiona, she's so brilliant on this show. Not sure I'm going to watch the episodes after she leaves. Fierce lady, fun to watch!
@emanzeme I heard from another person on here she and the late writer Denise Morgan were together for 32 years. She passed away from cancer June 25th of this year. I always thought she was straight myself, but I guess I was wrong. But as I said, I think she's a great actress and I don't care what preference she has.

BTW, I goggled Denise Morgan and see she was a writer for many tv shows including Prisoner. What a sad loss for Fiona but 32 years is quite an accomplishment.
@emanzeme Val Lehman said on her Reminise with Val Lehman segment on ep 200 Denise Morgan was her favorite writer. And she always wrote good storylines for the Vera Bennett character, Vera was a very vulnerable person. Her Mum treats her very badly.
Its so werid the amount of neighbours stars, so both 2 long time watch aussie shows and theres alot of charachters and ex charachters from neighbours, and bout susan and karl being on is even weirder when they didnt join neighbours till mid 90s

@SharnsiR that's right. If you look at 'The Box' and 'Number 96' you'll see all these Australian actors who never appeared in 'Prisoner' - though several Box regulars did later do guest appearances on 'Prisoner', there were several key players who never did.
