Great editing, just seems to have some frame rate issues. If you are slowing down the clips; try blending the frames. I don't know what the effect is called; but it's done in AE.

No. your probably thinking of pixel motion, which creates pixel DISTORTION, a bad thing. I could go in depth on why I wouldn't use it in this situation but i will spare you the details, lolz.

Syncing, masking, and color correction are all editing. And technically editing is just like splitting and rearranging parts of the footage around. So yes it is edite, You dont need random motion tracks, film burns, lens flares & flashes to "edit" something.

It may be that your computer can barely handle 1080p so that the frame-rate is a bit low. But thats just my guess.
